Merged News Corp. execs step aside | U.S. begins investigation | Will Fox News be abandoned?

Finally some video of this attack...notice how his wife (the one in the pink blazer) delivers a solid blow with her right hand, clearly stepping in front of the pansy son. She is a true bad ass.

It's hard to find video like this of the actual smack down, many have it edited out, like this one, in which you can see the attacker with pie on his face.

I am saying that they should be put on trial and, if convicted, executed. It would be the proper penalty under current law. Conspiracy would make it aggravated Murder One. The corporation should, then, cease to exist, along with the barbarians that run it.

If Murdoch's propaganda was a key element in preventing the existence of National Health Care, and I believe that preventable deaths from the lack of health care run 30,000 to 50,000 per year (Conservative estimate), would not that deserve the needle?

Does the phrase "No bloody way in hell" answer your question with sufficient clarity for you?

Don't you need an arrest warrant first? Don't you then need to show a judge that there is enough evidence to sustain the charges?

You're talking a lot about killing people when you don't have anything remotely approaching just cause.

Yes, that kind of cause and effect is not recognized by our laws.

A cop can run over and kill somebody going to a robbery.
The cop is not charged, the robber is.

IT IS BY INTENT, that our laws don't cover this kind of cause and effect. The powerful can cause events with fatal consequences, but there are no laws to charge them.

Do you even understand why this is?

Do you have any idea the kind of bloodbath that would erupt if there were even a hint of someone interpreting laws as you seem to want to do?

Your interpretation of the murder statutes would end democracy. No President (or likely any other official) would ever step down willingly because they would know that someone like you was waiting in the wings to say "I think there are _____ preventable deaths that occurred that would not have happened if you adopted the policies I wanted, therefore I am charging you with murder and will have you executed".

They would do whatever is necessary to stay in power and avoid the hangmans noose. There would be blood in the streets.

America has a 150 year tradition of peaceful transitions of power precisely because they President knows he will not be facing a bloody vindictive retribution from people who are pissed over losing an election 4 years previously.

Do you really want to throw all that away?

There is probable cause to investigate the death of the whistleblower as a homicide intended to shut him up.

That's Murder One, and, if convicted, Murdoch, Ailes and the corporation should cease to have any place in society.

No, there is not.

LONDON (CNN) -- Investigators have found no sign of foul play in the death of a man identified as the whistleblower behind the scandal surrounding media mogul Rupert Murdoch's News International, British police announced Tuesday.

Still want to kill somebody, Lefty?

Given that this guy boasted of snorting 3 grams of cocaine daily and guzzling Jack Daniels for breakfast, his premature death isn't exactly what you'd call unexpected.

lefty, please stop embarrassing yourself.

Now, this is off the rails. Nobody murdered anybody, as far as I can tell, and nobody should be getting murdered by anybody, even the State.

We have founded allegations of communications interception and police bribery.

Isn't that bloody well enough?

Now, who knew, and when did they know it becomes a perfectly valid topic of speculation.

Oh no, please... let him go on.

I haven't asked him yet how he intends to kill someone for a crime that was committed in the UK.

Legally, I mean.

It is still "unexplained" and we know that there was considerable corruption within police agencies.

Hoare also sounds like a man trying to get his life back on track. Too bloody convient.
