Indeed; one is almost tempted to regard his saying so as an act of slander against Bongiorno.

It's telling how eager Maresca is, after the show he put on last week regarding Alessi, to suddenly embrace the word of convicts over a respected fellow member of the bar.

Yup, that's why this trial is such a disgrace. Both side decide which convict they are going to believe because they think it advances their side of the case. I don't think any of these slimy criminals has any credibility.

Yeah. If Knox's parents had just said that they "found it credible" that the cops hit their daughter, then they would be off the hook, or at least in the same boat as Maresca? But instead, they take the word of their daughter and they're being charged with a crime? Gimme a break.

I am not sure how long you were gone, but for me the most interesting things that have happened in the past several months are (in no particular order) Google's shutting down Perugia-Shock, the leaked information that the bra clasp had decayed and the knife had starch on it but no residue from bleach, and Mr. dalla Vedova's statement that the defense never received the forensic files that were sought by Conti and Vecchiotti. I think that Alessi's statements are also worth pondering. PM Mignini seems to be looking for scapegoats. Anyone want to go in with me on a mirror?

That really is a significant error, appalling, really appalling! Is the Italian even close in sound to what the translation suggested? was it deliberate?

I could be wrong but I don't think that AK or RS were brought up in the Skype conversation they had. RG accused AK and RS twice, once in the letter he wrote after the baby killer's accusation and again today.

I'm a little confused on these Skype conversations.

So, he didn't mention Knox and Sollecito in the Skype conversation. Why is that? If he was sure, they were there, why he didn't say anything to Giacomo? Wouldn't it be good for him to claim from the start that these two were involved? For me it's highly suspicious that he changed his mind only after he saw what's goin on in the media. That's what always bugged me about his story.
