I recently looked into this website:
web.telia.com/~u59500234/
English version on the right side of the screen.
What do you guys think about it?Author make his case about "mirror matter","mind brain" etc, even sying that some experiments have been carried out to prove it.

I read the abstract, but I fail to see the point. Experiments clearly show that homeopathy doesn't do anything (any effects are the same as those seen in placebo groups), so no elaborate explanations are needed.

As Linda said.

Also, a cursory reading of that suggests it's only some font and colour variations away from being timecubesque gibberish.

I don't really get homeopathy. According to the doctrine, consuming uranium would make my cancer cells to stop replicating, or having sex with an african prostitute make my HIV disappear?

I think that would be part of the proving phase. If sex with a bunch of prostitutes caused symptoms similar to HIV, then it might form the basis for a treatment. Diluting sex with prostitutes in water might be problematic.

My opinion? This site is not even coherent enough to be nonsense. I stopped taking it seriously when I read that the existence of mirror matter had been confirmed by Kirlian photography. I stopped reading entirely when I got to this: "Mirror matter is not the same as antimatter, not least because mirror matter is invisible and undetectable by its nature..."

Mirror matter is a perfectly serious and viable area of research, particularly to particle physicists and astronomers.

What this website has done is take valid areas of research and combined them in impossible ways to form an incoherent pile of bovine excrement.

eta, I don't include homoeopathy as a valid area of research.

Thanks alot for the repsonses, guys.I e-mailed my qestuion to Robert Foot, who is leading author today about the "mirror matter". I asked him what is his opiniion abot that ordinary body copies itself into the mirror matter. His reply was short: "It's fantasy"

So,what all you basically say,the website is mentioned in OP is one of fiction/fantasy?
Ironically,Robert Foot is mentiones in this website, but he himself said me in direct communication, that he regards the idea that ordinary body "copies" itslef into the "mirroa matter" as a fantasy...

But goddamn it, I'm willing to try. Someone get me a swimming pool full of prostitutes. For science!

But honestly, guys,I was initially intrigued/confused not by the "homeopathy" ,but by the idea that ordinary body copies itself into the "mirror matter".By what mechanism? Is it mere (unscientific) speculation?I already know Robert Foot's opinion on the matter - what about you, guys?

Deluting sex with prostitutes in alcohol may be more common but also problematic (or so I’ve heard).

“By what mechanism?”

None that I'm aware of.

“Is it mere (unscientific) speculation?”

That would seem overly generous.

Bat-crap crazy might seem more appropriate if not just deliberate dishonesty

Unfortunately I’m not that familiar with “mirror matter” but it would seem to be related to Parity symmetry violations in weak interactions.

Alsothis site there are statements like that:
1.People with amputated legs still feel the presense of the leg.
2.There was talk abot woman, who felt the limb she never had.
What could be explanations about that?

It doesn't need a mechanism: it's fantasy.

I disagree. If it's good fantasy than even something like magic needs an explainable mechanism. What I've seen so far isn't fantasy... it's bad fantasy.
