It looks like a lot of folks are arriving early for TAM. I would like to go see Penn and Teller at the Rio on Wednesday night before TAM. Anyone else want to come along? Perhaps we can get nearby seats and share the taxi fare.
 
I'll probably be up for it. I've never seen P&T perform live.
 
I'm due to arrive in Vegas at 4:41 pm on wednsday but I will have travelled from Australia. So if I manage to sleep on the plane (normally not a problem) and depending on the time of the show I might be able to make it.

Although I don't know how long it will take to get from the aircraft to check-in in at the hotel + shower. Might be too stretched for time.
 
We will only arrive on Thursday, but stay till Sunday. Maybe some other people would be interested in a P&T show Sunday evening?

I've got tickets for Sunday, and it seems that we have some "Wednesdays aren't optimal" people and no Sunday objections up to now. Who's with me?

It looks like the only real conflict on Sunday night is the MDC, and that is 5-7. The P&T show is at 9 would still be OK.

Anyone have suggestions on the best way to get tickets to sit together?
 
I'm coming in on Wednesday morning and leaving early Monday. I would prefer to go Wednesday. :)
 
I think I'd probably prefer Sunday too. Maybe we can have two groups, one on Wednesday and one on Sunday?

Chris RN, how early are you leaving on Monday? Maybe you can make the Sunday show. :)

Allecher - I think the only way to have seats together is to buy the tickets at the same time... That would need to be centralized somehow. I guess if we got a few people showing interest in it we could do it.

It depends if you want to go to the Drinking Skeptically on Wednesday (8:00 pm-10:00 pm) or not. The MDC is only until 7:00 pm on Sunday and that would be plenty of time to get a quick bite and go to the Rio.
 
I think that I like Scott's Tuesday night idea. I might even go for the fancy seating up front... Since Wednesday is the Drinking Skeptically thing.

You know, unlike the Thursday night where we Drink Credulously...

There is a group booking link for 10 or more. Provided the number interested isn't ridiculous I'm willing to put the tickets on my credit card so we can book, and sit, as a group.
