I conclude he has been over-ruled when He doesn't build the wall where he wanted to build the wall. And can you quote him where he told the supreme court he was not going to obey their ruling? can you do that? Hint......you can't because it didn't happen..

Please read the URLs you post.

The URL you cited said to move the wall. It has not been moved.

Are you trying to play dumb here?

Can someone show me what exact territory is or was considered "Palestine", and what is considered owed to the Palestinians?

The high court said the wall had to be rerouted.....it was not completely built at the time (and still isn't) their ruling affects the whole wall, present and future. I'm sure you can find a bit that hasn't been moved yet....Maybe you can work that into your new definition of "dictator" something like "may have the power to defy the supreme court for a period of time in an isolated instance....maybe....yep thats the sort of draconian job description most dictators like.

The example I gave was exactly that.... an example...it was an example of the high court telling your "dictator" what to do....example does not mean only example either. That pesky judiciary just keeps annoying your dictator.

Seriously....you need to get working on this new definition of "dictator" as your current definition doesn't seem to hold that sort of absolute power that most dictators prefer.

It is the same mistake the Indians made.

What is your point?

I have read literally dozens of izziehuggers asserting very clearly that what they are doing to the Palestinians is the same as the genocide of the American Indians.

In fact I have read that as a quote from an Israeli government official so I do not see how it can be claimed genocide is not official Israeli policy.

All the land from the Jordan to the Med as a minimum. European immigrants certainly have no valid claim of ownership. Israel's absentee owners law is sufficient to show the land was stolen.

Unless one can show the izzie squattertowns are a military necessity then they are a hanging offense as they were at Nuremberg.

Mostly because, when there is a state and violence continues as per the "staged plan" for Israel's destruction, there will simply be more excuses found as to why the violence is all still Israel's fault anyway.

Oh they won't even need new excuses, the old ones will work just as well.

And you notice he doesn't even say violence should stop at statehood, only a vague sort of "the state of Palestine should have all the responsibilities a state should have..." or something like that. I would translate as he expects them to behave just as "responsibly" as Syria, Sudan, or Pakistan.

actually I think its you that is tight with Giwer....you both like like dogs and cats?

Hmmmm, thats significant.

just curious but do you have anything more to offer than driveby cheap and cowardly smears associating people with neo-nazis? I though you had more imagination.

What Nazis think about dogs and cats doesn't define them as Nazis. What Nazis think about Jews and Israel does. I don't care if a Nazi agrees with me on cats, dogs, favorite beer, liking long walks in the rain, or whatever.

But if a Nazi agreed with me on politics? That would be cause for some deep introspection on my part. I would find that deeply disturbing, and would need to examine those beliefs very carefully.

Fortunately, it's never come up. :)

wow....extra points if you can name the falacy. Maybe I can find some paedophiles that support Netayahus policies and I can get you to review your level of support...

Lol, one of your best.

You don't get it. What pedophiles think about politics isn't what makes them pedophiles, so I won't care if the pedophile agrees with me, you, Obama, Netenyahu or Osama bin Laden because it doesn't matter.

But what Nazis think about politics *is* what makes them Nazis.

Tony Abbot calls for budget cuts and savings, then goes on a rant when middle class welfare is cut. The guy is a self parody. Fortunately, he has the active help of News Limited to help him out.

But the real Kingston action — a medium-density dormitory suburb that most residents compare unfavourably to Padstow — occurred hours earlier with an ebullient opposition leader hunkering down for a long and deliberate conversation with new Daily Telegraph editor Paul Whittaker and top charges Terry McCrann and Steve Lewis.
Abbott offered The Age table a cursory “hi” before an extended examination of Malcolm Farr’s iPad on the footpath outside as the temperature plummeted, revelling at the news The Tele were about to crucify Wayne Swan with a “tortured Monopoly man” front-page. Such was the animation, this morning’s “class war” assault could well have come direct from Portia’s patio.

The lengths they have to go to to 'puff' Abbot. Where would he be without the active support the major media outlets?

ok, you have convinced me. You prefer to spend your time figuring how you can slag people with association to Nazis....I don't have to engage in that game so.....goodbye.

What's that got to do with Israel/Palestine? Wrong thread.

um...you posted a map of the British Mandate a few weeks ago.

though, historical Palestine has traditionally been considered synonymous with Israel, Judea, The Holy Land, and Canaan. basically the land from the Sea to the River.

...but you already knew that.

As the party holding government, it has a substantial amount of status behind it. And the Likud party platform is mild compared to some of it's partners in government.

History has shown us that if there is a viable path to peace on the table, even one that includes statehood for Palestinians, lots of senior Likud members would willing to desert their party and join the effort. This would seem to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that this particular plank of the Likud platform isn't that strong and isn't that much of an obstacle.

Previously we had the fool arguing that because Netenyahu built his coalition from right-wing parties that even if he did try to implement peace that his coalition would fall apart... apparently forgetting that the result of that would be a brand-new election and that with a viable peace plan on the table (presumably one that doesn't just give everything away for free like the fool wants) the Israeli public would vote accordingly.

Compare that to the political process on the Palestinian side where their entire political process is controlled by terrorists. A Palestinian without links to terror who tried to start a political party on the platform of making peace with Israel would get shot as a collaborator with his body dragged through the streets or hung for display somewhere.

Yeah, Likud should change that one line in its platform, but to claim that's the problem when there are problems elsewhere that are so much larger goes beyond disingenuous.

Likud is the leading member of the ruling coalition govt.

Hamas is the leading member of the ruling coalition govt.

Likud refuses to recognize the right of a Palestinian state in most of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and all of Gaza.

Hamas refuses to recognize the right of a Jewish State.

.....looks like Hamas have a lot in common. Two sides of the same coin?
