How about just a link to a pdf of the court order, is that to much to ask for from ("Frank") or a link to the email he said he received from Google? Zero evidence, as usual. Why are your standards of proof so low?

The prosecution has an obligation to prove the crime. The defense has the obligation to prove the alibi.

The defense wants to show the prosecution's evidence & proof of the crime has no merit. The prosecution tries to show the alibi is invalid.

I mean how do you prove you didn't kill Meredith except by:
1) Absence of evidence
2) A valid alibi.

You can't otherwise prove that you didn't kill Meredith.

However, couldn't a PDF or e-mail be faked? That gives me an idea....

He could have faked it! The Daric Ritchie maneuver! All of these last three and a half years could have been part of his sinister plot! Who would ever imagine that Francesco Sforza, cunningly concealed behind the alias Frank Sfarzo, (no one would ever guess!) was really ensconcing himself in the Amanda Knox debate so he could develop his 'brand,' and one day become internationally famous like Mario Spezi by duping the Committee to Protect Journalists, the West Seattle Herald, Candace Dempsey, CBS and King 5 news! A hoax for the ages! All of us benighted Knoxies swoon over this fake 'Frank' and live vicariously through his troubles overseas, all imagined for us and transmitted via his blog so we could all feel oppressed like that unrepentant murderess Amanda Knox, who also has us totally fooled! :p

There is a Judge Paola Belsito from Florence. I cannot find a Judge Paola Belsino. Do you suppose they are the same?

I downloaded several pages from the site this morning and saved them as web archives. I don't know if I got everything because there is a lot of overlap in the way entries are presented but I should have over 90%. It should be possible to recover the page source from the archives if reconstruction is necessary.

Kermit is a real person too, but that post inspired silence because it was kook salad. Let's just see if they post the next installment of the 'open letter' that I've heard Kermit is working on now. My guess is that it won't even be posted...

This is beyond ridiculous. It's really sad, beacuse lives of two young people depend on her work and as we can see, she's so lousy and incompetent. She's just walking between the rooms without changing gloves or shoe covers. And to see her walking in to the murder room, just like that, with that dirty mop...It's just sick. I wonder if this video was ever shown in the court.

No wonder she did not send the documents that Hellmann asked for.

The question you should be asking yourself is why did they gift wrap the handle and not the mop head. They already know Knox and Sollecito touched the mop handle, because they already admitted to touching the mop. Instead the portion of the mop that would have actually been used to clean up a crime scene(if you actually believe that) wasn't wrapped and was brought into a bloody room unwrapped where it could get contaminated. Lucky for Knox/Sollecito they didn't find anything on the mop. Yet its just one more piece of evidence to show how incompetent(at best) Dr Stefanoni and her team are.
 
Exactly. There's no logic whatsoever in their thinking. I just watched the video again and they, indeed, wrap only the handle, while it's the mop head that should be wrapped. I didn't think of it when I fiirst saw it, even though I noticed the mops dried head. Maybe it's beacuse I was shocked to see them entering the murder room just like they did. But I'm not an scientific police officer, they are.

Are they?

That's great. I'm seriously impressed that some people were able to set up "perugiashock.com" so rapidly. If anyone needs the content I have, I can make it available. Unfortunately I just have it in PDF format, but I can easily "HTML-ify" it if necessary.

The guilters must think these people are crazy, investing a great deal of personal time to re-create perugia shock, since there is 'absolutely no evidence' it was taken down by court order. For what is actually 'known', this so-called character "Frank" might have taken the website down himself since he was bored with it, or saw the light and became a guilter himself. Until a notarized court order is produced, we know absolutely nothing, and shouldn't place any credence into unreliable media reports, or falsifiable telephone interviews.

However, the master of fairness and journalistic freedom, Giuliano Mignini, must be excited that Perugia Shock is being re-generated, to keep the playing field fair and balanced, by allowing an opposing point of view to his own. He must be especially proud of this opposing point of view, coming from one of the citizens of his fair community. Mignini most certainly appreciates the role of journalists in the community to provide checks and balances, as a method to keep the local authorities "in line". Of course in Perugia, the police and prosecution don't really need checks and balances, since they have such an amazing track record of professionalism, transparency, and absolute competence.

Personally, I would like to see it, too, Alt+4. Not only to be sure that the reports are true, but also because I am extremely curious about what Mignini has construed as illegal about Perugia-Shock.

Frank says there has been a van with obscured windows sitting outside his apartment for the last several days. If true, the extent of the surveillance may be a factor in why he isn't trying to resurrect his blog or haggle with Google. He has talked to a number of reporters on the phone, though. He could take a picture of the van and send it to us, but then maybe the police would break down his door and take him to jail.

I appreciate high standards of proof. I want to see the videotapes of the interrogations of Raffaele and Amanda before I believe any of the reports by the police or prosecutor about what happened the night the defendants were arrested. I also want to see the complete documentation of the procedures used when the knife and bra clasp were tested in the lab.

How very curious! Either the injunction has been overturned, or somehow Mignini's case is only related to certain reader comments. If the latter is the case, then precedent has established that sites such as Frank's which have readers' comments sections are not liable for the content of the comments. The process for Mignini - if he wanted to take action against one or more specific readers' comments, as opposed to against one of Frank's blog posts - would be to get an injunction forcing Frank to a) remove the comment(s) in question, and b) to supply the details of the person(s) who made the comments, in order for Mignini to identify them and take action against them.

It therefore makes no sense that Mignini apparently was taking action against Frank personally, nor that the entire Perugia Shock site was taken down in the first place. Unless, of course, the whole injunction has been overturned......
