Actually he has. Just send him some cash. Then he will show someone he knows his TM cart and they will decide if he should keep the money. No contract or any paper whatsoever is required. No need to involve a reputable law firm, they have much better things to do.

Not to you, but it the actual physical situation of the trial, rules out NASLA's justification for comparison with conventional tacking craft, even by your standards.
 
humberian logic, say two things that mean the same thing but look superficially different, add a "therefore" and say something entirely unrelated to the first two (one) things he said.

I know this one. He has absolutely nothing. But with just a few more days work he is quite certain he will have a cart which advances up the TM.

I actually hope that this is not true. There is precious little to be gained by arguing in this forum, but maybe once he is forced to put all of his analysis into a single work it will be coherent enough to be analyzed.

I think "piffleing" his report would be the worst case scenario. Posting it for critique would be the best.
