Luke Rudkowsi & We Are Change financing

Looking back through our archives, I see that we had a report on WAC's financial scandal going back to May 2009. One of the oddities of our position vis-a-vis the Truthers is that we are often contacted by one side or both in a dispute with an offer to dish out the dirt on their enemies.

It is ironic that the original reason WAC was formed was that Les Jamieson, the "moderator" of the NY Truth group, was not releasing funds that Luke and others needed for their weekly actions at Ground Zero.

I have not Luke, but I have met Craig Fitzgerald and many other members of WAC groups. I agree completely with DGM.

It is quite clear that Craig and others I have met are not conmen in any sense. They genuinely believe in what they are doing. They see themselves as politcial activists involved in the struggle against a murderous regime.

They genuinely believe they are in danger doing what they do. It's almost quaint talking with them about this. It's like the little kids on your block who played Cowboys & Indians for so long, they really believe that Billy is an Indian chief. The problem isn't that Luke steals the clubs money. As Brainster points out, Luke believes - and justifiably so - that this is what he's had to do to get back money he's already spent. He's not a conman, at least any more than a lot of others.

The major problem is that the little boys have played Cowboys & Indians for too long and now they're adults without any real adult skills. These guys aren't the Truthers who come here to chat about thermite and the parallax in photographs of the Pentagon attack, like our Truther friends at the JREF. They're not interested in pretending they're dillitante university professors out fighting the machine, like that group in Alberta. These guys take this serious.

These guys are increasingly hooked up with right-wing activists. And some of them are scary people. Craig Fitzgerald is linked up with neo-Nazi youth groups. 'Liberty' activist Gary Franchi is well-known in the activist branch of conspiracy theorists. We Are Change LA member Bruno Bruhwiler, who is deeply involved with the liberty movment and FMOTL, has been accused of violence.

Interesting. I guess as a person I really can't judge but his tactics annoy me no end. Just as a preacher, who is using his Sermon to convince the people in his congregation that God needs them to contribute more money this week so they can buy the new sound system, annoys me....Gage, preaching to his people that to get a new investigation they need to open up their pocket books so he can travel to Finland to debate some unknwon, annoys me.

But then again my annoyance level has no relevance to either of them so they push on, never knowing THEE Scott Jurgenson is upset and annoyed with their tactics :)
 
I don't mean to derail this thread, but does anyone know what happened to BigAl?

He was an active member of this sub-forum when I first arrived and I really enjoyed his posts.

I don't think anything "happened to him". Like a lot of people he got tired of repeating himself to people that are not listening and frankly no one is listening to.

Ahh makes sense and is entirely understandable.

I suspect this happens a great deal. I've only been a here about a year and I'm "tired" of it already. :)

The website appears to be down, but that's just temporary.

There are many, many WAC organizations. They are run autonomously and the no one controls the name. You can start a WAC group and ask them to put it on the map. I can say from personal experience, they almost certainly will do this if you just ask them. And once it is there, there is no way to get it down.

The group I think you mean is WAC New York City. Yes, it still exists. It is lead by Freemason Craig Fitzgerald. Look on Facebook.

No, I know WAC NYC and Craig F. I'm just talking about Luke's WAC.

But maybe it's temporary as you say. I'll try tomorrow.

I called WAC.org "Luke's WAC" as opposed to WAC NYC, but I can access it today. Just couldn't find it on any of my servers last night.

Luke has been replaced by Craig Fitzgerald. That's him in the middle making the Freemason sign. Craig is a 33rd degree Freemason, which is a problem for We Are Change because we all know Freemasons are part of the global Illuminat government. I'm not joking. Check these links.

Proof of him being a 33rd degree (and unsourced internet assertions aren't proof) or it didn't happen. 32nd? Maybe. From what I know of the Scottish Rite, hitting the 32nd isn't particularly difficult or time-consuming and being a 33rd's an honourary title bestowing nothing in particular. And the "Freemason sign" Fitzgerald's making? To the casual observer, the sign indicates the sign-flasher is "OK" but to a Mason, the indication is that the sign-flasher is.......wait for it....."OK". Despite the fervent wish of some fevered conspiracist brows, Masons don't flash signs like Bloods and Crips.

And being a 32nd (or 33rd for that matter) degree SR Mason doesn't get you a cup of coffee. Come into my Lodge when I'm its Master and your butt's mine. Full stop. Same applies if you're York Rite. This 'high-ranking Mason' stuff is just so much pap from non-Masons with an agenda.

If this is in fact the same person and you can provide proof, I'd strongly recommend forwarding the proof to the Grand Lodge of New York (assuming that's his home jurisdiction) so that Masonic charges can be laid against him and his butt kicked out of the fraternity. Masonry is specifically about the equality of men and expressing racist or anti-religion sentiments is at odds with its core tenets.
