It's unlikely that ADX Florence would have faced many fresh security issues holding him.

However since the SEAL's had been sent in without Pakistani permission they were effectively operating in enemy territory which makes the more extended type operation that would have been needed to capture him pretty much impossible.

There is literally no way he would have ever left US custody if taken alive. If Pakistan had demanded him Obama would have rightly told them togo **** themselves. KSM was captured in Pakistan over eight years ago. He's currently enjoying his stay at Gitmo.

I was wasted yesteday at this party, I didn't find out til this morning, I was drinking vodka and smoking weed for breakfast so it was the perfect time to find out. I'm throwing a "Bin Laden is Dead" party all day.

At the party I was arguing with some truther about Bin Laden, and why they hadn't caught him yet. Neither of us knew it but he was already dead. I can't wait to stop by there later today and laugh in his face and do a victory dance.

First I ran around screaming like a madman, doing victory w00ts and uttering poisonous threats against the rest of Al-Queda. Then I gargled down some vodka and went running around outside screaming Bin Laden is dead! The mailman found that humorous.
 
Good news indeed :)

It's also nice to see that pretty much everyone in the U.S. government (as well as those aspiring to run for office) is apparently acting like an adult given the news.
