I guess a lot of reporters could be better at what they do, but they're not, in all aspects of news and not just this murder trial. I did notice he at least used words like "alleged leaks", "reported to have written", and similar to indicate these were not proven facts.

I notice he got the sexy underwear bit in there too. Imagine if the press had known the cost of those items, 60 euros according to what Charlie said was on the receipt, not your run of the mill monday to fridays and pretty costly for a supposedly frugal college girl on a budget. I'm pretty sure that would have been an even bigger story than it was. Sometimes she just seemed to make a rod for her own back unfortunately.

It's entirely clear that JREF (and possibly also the IIP public forum) are the best places where anyone can debate any position they like on this case, so long as they don't personally insult or abuse other members. The site on which SA posted his latest amusing "argument" most definitely does not pass this test by any measure, no matter how often some people would like to try to fool people that "not following simple rules" was how people got banned.

And, re your last paragraph, I'm sure even a short Stint over at another site would give you more than enough exposure to these types of tactics to leave you thoroughly fed up with them. I'm betting Rose would agree as well...

LJ, I don't think PMF or TJMK make any claims about being a forum to debate both sides. They are what they are, forums devoted to Meredith, and they clearly state that. They have their beliefs (guilty) and their platform for discussing them. If you don't like it don't go there. Stay where you can offer your arguments, JREF and IIP, and let them be what they want to be.

I googled camisole, and I saw prices that ranged from $7.99 for a basic one, to almost one hundred dollars. A good deal were in the range of $25 or so. So 60 euros sounds a little high for two items, but I have no idea about taxes.

The Daric story sounds hilarious. Is it true he created his own persona ie: wrote all the articles about himself, himself? How did that get found out. I'm tempted to go read his posts on PMF just to see what everyone has been going on about.

Thanks, LJ. The appeals mention another statement she made that was also different and states that the judgment starts from the false certainty that the shutters were closed/pulled tight. Filomena does mention that her memory was not precise and was in a hurry so I think that Massei should not have just assumed this regardless.

The fact that they are allowing this teen blogger to continue to post his lies should show everyone exactly what that site is all about.

Talking about the break in is a distraction and must be stopped.

Listening to a teen blogger tell lies about people harrasing him is a perfect way to preserve the memory of Meredith Kercher.

That's the PMF way.

It's their blog so they have every right to ban whoever they like. When they spew hatred at Amanda's family, contact employers of those they disagree with, lie about posts on IIP, tell lies about me, talk about a vague threat everyday to try and play the victim, and allow a teen blogger to post lies, I will respond.

Incidentally, I quite clearly 'dig' his reasons for not 'coming here', and find them to be typically very accurate and incisive.

Your posts elsewhere prevent you from making any requests about civility.

SomeAlibi challenged us to a debate knowing we cannot talk to him on PMF all while refusing to come to a forum where we can have a discussion. Then he calls us cowards. Do you see the problem with that? I know you like to call out people for being stupid. Doesn't SomeAlibi's post warrant one of your "stupid person of the day" posts?

Thank you for that informative piece of information stating that you have no interest in doing something that in actuality you could no longer ever do anyway (even if 'interested')

However you are indeed interested enough to obviously still read quite extensively on PMF and report back on what you read often so instantaneously that it is before another poster even has time to submit a subsequent message

I was notified that Daric posted a message on his board that he was looking for me. I sent him a friendly email letting him know that I had contact information on my website. I suggested that he browse the site and let me know if he had any questions. I also asked him if he was a minor. His website has conflicting information regarding his age.

Soon after that I was directed to links showing that he was a fraud so I spent no more time on him. I have no interest in discussing anything with a teen blogger. I know PMF finds him to be wonderful. We disagree on that point.

I am not the evil person that PMF makes me out to be. I am one person that posts using my name. I don't have the time or interest in posting comments and sending emails as multiple people. PMF lies about me to try and diminish the support that Amanda receives. They would like people to think that the support is coming from one person or a small group. That is nonsense. You continuously mock me and others so you can fit in on PMF. Whatever makes you happy.

I would suggest seeking out the truth. It is much more fulfilling than spending your days mocking people.

I enjoyed your book. In the long term, your book is important to the cause of Amanda's justice and, I am not being facetious, "World Peace". I mean how can any democracy or justice exist when freedom of the press is suppressed?

I really don't know what the cults (PMF or TJKM) are about. Who really knows? Who should care? Don't waste your time on them. Having said that, it does interest me. I mean, how can they be so screwed up?

Second at the time of reading I was in Bristol BRI hospital and full of drugs and drips and things that I did not Know about.
But what I like to say is that I have been keeping up to date with all post.

Just out of curiosity Danceme, how does the action of buying underwear prove that someone is a murderer anyway?
