Assistance required for telepathy proof

It's my null hypothesis. Telepathy has never been demonstrated to exist, schizophrenia has, and explains your condition (which, as I recall, consists of believing everyone can hear your thoughts, believing everyone is conspiring against you and - perhaps most tellingly - having multiple, independent, concordant, professional diagnoses of schizophrenia).

There's also the fact that I can't hear you or any other psychic, and you can't hear any other psychic either. (No - I can't prove that, but you know the answer, and I know you know, because psychic powers don't really exist.)

What's contradictory is that you believe everyone can hear your thoughts, but you need to prove to everyone that you can do that through some kind of convoluted test.

Don't you see the illogic in that?

But all you have to do is project your thoughts into James Randi's head and you will win. Why don't you? If he's honest, he'll pay. If he's not honest, what makes you think he'll pay off if you have some sort of test?

To be fair, from golfy's point of view, he wants to win a million dollars but it's just our word against his, unless he obtains proof.

Then again, if golfy sued for his winnings and it ever got to court, the judge would undoubtedly be part of the worldwide conspiracy too, so the court would never accept his proof. After all what have they to fear from flagrantly denying golfy justice except for public disapproval, and the public are - of course - all part of the conspiracy too.

And, if everyone else can also hear your thoughts and is lying about it, then Randi can come up with the stupidest, most transparent excuse for not giving you the million and everybody else will say it's entirely reasonable.

But it's our word against his with whom? Randi? Randi can also hear him.

According to golfy, everyone can hear his thoughts. If this is true, we all already know he's telepathic, but are denying it. How is any sort of test going to change that? We'll just deny the test was a valid one.

I'm starting to think that golfy has doubts, and more than anything he wants to prove it to himself.

My problem with golfy's delusion (and let's not pretend it's anything else) is that it's not internally consistent. Everyone in the world is hearing his thoughts and lying about it for no adequately explored reason, but if he just puts the right test together we'll all own up to it and give him a million dollars. Does anyone else see a plot hole in this story?

When he gets his test just right, we'll fall into his trap and be helpless when we try to deny hearing his thoughts. Don't you see, once Golfy breaks down our defenses and forces us to concede his thought-sending powers, not only will he win the $1 million, but he'll basically be able to rule the world. But he's not deluded in an way shape or form.
 
Golfy could make a fortune broadcasting porn directly to us. Cut out the middle man.
