What sort of bizarre reasoning is that? I assume he is talking about the same Magna Carta of 1215, Barons vs. King John fame.

I know its confusing, but I think he means that lawful excuse is permitted within the Criminal Code of Canada (but I may be wrong)

however I dont think he actually grasps the fact that lawful excuse has to be lawful (ie permitted by law).

You cant just make something up like ignoring the law and claim lawful excuse as the reason you are ignoring it.

3 things id say to anyone attempting this stuff..

have the moral high ground, if you are wrong you get nothing.
establish a lawful excuse for your actions, and find old rights the law is against ditch your fear and dont be intimidated by these ppl .. until its time to be lol
research. a lot.
listen to rob closely and verify each thing before y0u use it

in answer to your post... im not that motivated to get the transcripts, it costs money, and takes forever.. i dont need them right now...ppl should do their own research, its better for them.

i put the cop on the stand and the first thing i said was, " u pulled me over cause you didnt like my helmet right?? and hes like ya', and i go dont you have anything better to do than bully someone about a helmet when we give you all this money? and the judge laughed..lol...i had to retract it but i still said it out loud LMAO by the end i was jokin around with them all getting along, the cop hated me tho im surprised he didnt bother me after was all way too funny

mike- and rob... today in court: all charges withdrawn before i could even issue a bill, they saw the estimate and my claim and notice and that was the end of it, also they had the building empty , the goon squad guarding the door and a private hearing, my cams werent allowed in, but they did respect the common law in the end.. so i won but i didnt get to **** anyone lol.

There are three possibilities:

1. This was more "case dismissed" jackassery - i.e., FOTLer does song and dance in court until judge declares a recess followed by FOTLer declaring victory. At a later date FOTLer is convicted in absentia. Like this:


2. FOTLer has license and insurance and agrees to hand it over after doing the usual song and dance. Court's patience is sorely tried, but tickets quashed because FOTLer is actually in compliance. Like this (traffic stop version):


3. There was some legitimate procedural problem with the tickets because the officer who wrote them made some sort of error. Tickets quashed despite the idiocy of the FOTLer song and dance.

Numbers one and two are the most likely. Take your pick. Chances are, no verifiable details will ever be forthcoming.

from a scientific point of view, electrons that form our electricity are negative energy and we have seen the sickness those in close proximity to it's radiation. it appears that this negative energy sucks the life force energy out of the surrounding area.

I find it absolutely delicious that they come to the roadblock of consensus/unanimity vs majority vote within 24 hours of the suggestion of founding an Eco-Village/Freeman fairyland.

Individual consent is not even considered.

I use it as an tangible exemple of the Freeman ideal not working even in theory. Thanks Rob!
