Bill Ayers admits he wrote "Dreams From My Father"

What was Obama's sandwich?

At the reception for war orphan charities on January 18th President Obama told some reporters that earlier in the day he had consumed a tuna fish sandwich. But now we are getting reports it might actually have been a pastrami on rye.

"We hadn't gotten a new shipment of tuna fish in about two weeks while fresh pastrami arrived the day before," said one anonymous kitchen staffer.

"I definitely remember smelling some rye bread that morning," admitted another staff member.

After weeks of careful analysis we have tried to reconstruct the composition of the sandwich in question using elaborate video enhancement techniques on one bit of smuggled security tape.

"The color spectrum we see on frames 12789 through 13257 is consistent with pastrami or rather spoiled tuna." Was the conclusion of respected technician Nate Damson of TVI Technical Services. "Also we note that the bread seems to be textured in a manner similar to rye bread. To make sure of that we photographed rye bread with the same type of CCTV equipment at that angle and with the same lighting conditions."

So now, now Obama we are on to your lies about the sandwich.

The significance, if it were true, is that Obama has claimed that Ayers was no more than a passing acquaintance. If he ghost wrote an autobiographical work, it would prove that Obama was lying about his relationship with Ayers.

However, it doesn't really matter, since Ayers was obviously joking. The title of the thread should be, "Bill Ayers makes passing reference to nutty conspiracy theory."

Even if you believe every off-the-wall thing WND says ...no, especially then... then within the context of the OP link, what Ayers said could only be construed as nothing but a joke.

Well here is a hint: You were wrong. You cannot even recognize when you are being laughed at. That is what Ayers is doing. He's laughing at you.
 
Wait, wait, wait... This just occurred to me: If Bill Ayers were actually serious about him having written Dreams from My Father and requires help proving that claim, then he must be the best writer in the world.

I mean, for a writer to have absolutely no notes or rough copies of the work must be pretty unheard of these days, especially for something like a memoir. Did he write the book in one shot? No revisions? Based on what he could remember from those meetings with Obama? Or was forking over all evidence of him having written the book part of the deal?

I'll quote it so you don't have to look back:

Actually, your claim was that Ayers admitted to writing the book. Even if your links are 100% accurate, they have nothing to do with Ayers admitting anything.

The only relevant sources would be those which some how prove that he was being serious during that speech. You have yet to provide one source from the event or even an outside analyst dissecting the history of his sense of humor.

Why do you think sources attempting to prove that Ayers wrote the book have anything to do with your claim that he admitted to it?
