It's very difficult to manufacture weapon-grade uranium for example. It requires a high degree of refinement. Besides, I believe atom bombs are a hoax. ;)

Don't you think it is odd that you can dismiss actual science because "it doesn't feel right" but allow yourself to invent new science on the back of an cocktail napkin and construct mulit-level conspiracies that involve tens (hundreds?) of thousands of people. How the hell can that "feel right"?

I find it hard to believe you aren't pulling my leg.

Notice the clouds before the explosion and then look at the clouds after the explosion. The clouds are intact! The pressure wave from an atom bomb explosion is supposed to be enormous, yet these clouds remain completely unaffected. Film fakery? You betcha!

The clouds remain for the same reason that the ocean remains.

I found some suspicious things like the lack of amateur photos (except a few dubious ones) of the supposed mushroom clouds over Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And an American who flew over Japan shortly after the end of the war said that the damage over Tokyo and Hiroshima looked exactly the same which made me suspect that both cities were firebombed. And films of nuclear explosions look suspiciously faked. Plus the idea of 'critical mass' doesn't ring true for me. And even if super-fast nuclear chain reactions could be achieved through some extreme enrichment process, how can the critical mass material be held together so that it remains critical?

Well, you take several pieces of cleverly shaped sub-critical mass fissile material then arrange for them to come together extremely quickly (using explosives) such that the chain reaction is so violent and fast that the material simply doesn't have the time to move apart any significant distance before the release of energy from the fission process.

But you know that of course.

You ok with fusion weapons?

What of the massive spike in cancer and birth defects following the bombings? What about those who died of radiation poisoning rather than burns or flying debris?
