Mostly because you haven't actually *cited* those court cases -- you cited what some anonymous blogger with your same agenda has *said* the court cases said.

Get back to us when you have proper citations, or any credentialed authority who agrees with that blogger's interpretation.

Apparently a freeman right is to post a wall of nonsense text, then once it is removed for breach of rule 4, post it again. It's ok though, this time he's told the mods not to remove it, so I'm sure it'll end well.

I posted less text than I posted last time.

Considering that forums can block a post with X number of characters... it should seem beneficial to use that auto-block/warn feature instead of having mods deal with it.

What is large?? Then I'll know how many posts to break it up into...

If you would read the material....

You would see there's a difference between traveling and driving.
You would see there's a difference between an automobile and a motor vehicle.

Considering the way that timhau makes sure to say "unregistered motor vehicle", it's likely that he's an attorney. So don't believe anything he says. He just wants your money.

It shouldn't take you longer than a few minutes to scan thru that post. If it does, practice on eye muscle training. Your eye muscles are holding you back, because your brain is likely able to keep up.

If you'd just read it all instead of losing concentration to type worthless posts, only displaying your ignorance.... then you wouldn't need to ask silly questions.

I have a distinct feeling we are witnessing grndy's swan song. The constant baiting of the mods and repetitious nature is a dead give away.

Freemen always seem like a bunch of teenagers mouthing off to an adult walking down the street. They all talk about kicking his ***, but no one wants to actually go do it, just convince him that they could.
 
I was thinking earlier on that Freemen are exactly like petulant teenagers or children. Instead of acknowledging that the system/parents have authority over them, the Freeman/brat rants about how it's all unfair and no one can tell them what to do. The system/parent then demonstrates that they CAN tell them what to do, jails them/puts them in their room and the matter is resolved. The smart ones learn from this, the dumb ones keep trying the same approach with increasingly worse consequences.

And I thought I was childish.

Traveling -vs- Driving
Automobile -vs- Motor Vehicle

As soon as one of you actually reads all the cites, in reference to these two issues, then we can talk.

P.S. - Sorry I can't directly post the issue here, because that's not allowed. The mods won't define what "small" and "large" mean.... so I won't bother. Just like most of you won't even bother to read what it is you're attempting to talk about.
