I'm NOT claiming that UFOs projected holograms of planes and then fired energy beams to pulverize the towers!

I don't see why not, it's got as much merit as your current hypothesis. In fact it would seem far simpler than tens of thousands of people having to be in on the plot for faked RADAR data, fake DNA, planted aircraft parts, planted thermite, etc, etc, etc.

But my hypothesis has two parts: (1) the initial attacks which were staged to look like plane crashes, and (2) a huge, still ongoing, cover-up to hide the fact that no planes were used.

No, it isn't. It's a real possibility. The big question is how some people managed to insert the computer graphics planes. That's a big question I admit. Maybe New York City had/has one of those Media Control Centers where they could do that centrally, BUT if so, getting control over such center would require a pretty big conspiracy.

You do realize that, in the 1960's, the designers of the Twin Towers said that the buildings would absorb a large aircraft impact exactly as it did on 9/11/01.

"No resistance" would indicate that it should have come out the other side with no damage. It's not out fault you can't grasp the concept. Given that the car would have a mass of approx that of an aircraft engine, yes I do believe that if it were travelling at 500MPH it would indeed server a column or two and enter the building.

The front of the car would begin to crush against the column but within 7 miliseconds (which BTW, would be approx 1/5th of the elapsed time between frames of video monitoring this)the engine itself is contacting the column.
If it lost 90% of its momentum travelling the lenghth of the car itself as it contacted the column it would take about 0.02 seconds to enter the building(which is still less than the time between video frames..)
