Merged Another moronic Appeal to Popularity/Poll in Germany: 89.5 doubt official version.

The source, apparently, was a German magazine called World of the Miracles. While I'm sure that the poll sampled a broad cross-section of German society, rather than the lunatic fringe who subscribe to magazines on the paranormal, it would be nice if somebody were to check.

I see the Infowars article also links to stores on the Zogby polls that were carefully worded and misinterpreted so that anybody who had the slightest doubt that the government had disclosed every last piece of information about any minor detail of 9/11 was lumped in with full-blown thermite-and-robot-plane truthers, but I'm sure that was all just an innocent error.

90% of Germans do not Believe The US government Official Theory About 9/11

Could give a :talk034:.

Even if that 90% were full-on truthers, then it still wouldn't matter because it's been established time and time again that 9/11 conspiracy addicts base their conclusions on misrepresentations and painfully inaccurate distortions of the actual history. I don't give a damn if it were 100% of Germans; the only conclusions that matter are the ones drawn by people who actually understand what the real evidence is. Until then, I'm militantly unimpressed by anyone who thinks they see squibs in the videos, believes that Silverstein gave demonlitions orders, and asserts that the hole in the Pentagon was too small. They're wrong, and there being a large percentage of them doesn't change that.

Heh. This is a copy of an article on Inforwars.com, whose source is a German 9/11 Truther site that requires registration.

ETA: I don't read German, but the Infowars article has a graph with what I assume to be the poll question on it. If someone could translate that, we could probably see how ambiguous it is. If someone could link to the poll and translate the choice bits, that would be even better. I'm sure the poll was commissioned by a German Truther group.
Yes please. If any German speakers have a look, perhaps they can explain why there is an iguana in the title bar / logo of the German group, along with the illuminati stuff.

100% of Germans were not on the Moussaoui jury. Otherwise they'd know the Official Story has already been proven beyond reasonable doubt.

The question is translated: Do you believe that the US government has told the world the complete truth about the attacks? 89,5% apparently said no.
Ambigious enough for ya?

The poll question is, "Do you believe that the US government has told the world the entire truth about the attacks?"

Which, of course, would mean that those who think the US is trying to cover up the incompetence, complacency or ideological blindness of its intelligence services or the Bush administration before the attacks would have to answer "No".

So, any conspiracy nutcase who wants to declare 90% of Germans Truthers is, as usual, full of ****.

Besides that, before I even believe that this poll is genuine, I would like to see an explanation of what this "World of the Miracles" magazine is supposed to be.

The "Official Story" has been proved to be correct for like 8 or more years now. Nothing new to see, and a bunch of retarded Germans aren't going to change anything, just like a bunch of retarded Americans who have similar beliefs won't change anything.

We already discussed this earlier.

This. Even I would have to answer No on that wording, even though I am 100% certain that 19 Arab hijackers did all the damned stuff on their own accord. However, what Chaos said.

It is a supplementary magazine to a pretty bad pop sci TV format. "Welt der Wunder" (WdW) for a while even had a section called "WdW Mysteries", where they looked at everything JREFers like to debunk - from Bigfoots to the Holy Grail to Iluminati. And usually gave as much credence to the most outrageous claims by fringe "scientists" as they could get by with.
It is a lot more entertainment than science.

You mean a truther is trying to mislead people into thinking that 90% of all Germans think 9/11 was an inside job (which is untrue) and using that as some kind of evidence that it was?

SHOCKED!

Don't know. I didn't read the truther sites, I only dug for the links to WdW ^^

the OP is a lie.

Not a problem for truthers though. They'll just move on to the next "smoking gun" that "proves" an inside job and forget all about this "smoking gun" that "proved" an inside job.

Hey, don´t badmouth Welt der Wunder. They had Randi on once, ripping Uri Geller a new one.

I've never understood that usage.

Well, then, speak english!! Instead of what you all speak over there in... er... uhh... you know... that country... :boxedin:

Over here, we'd say, "I couldn't give a :talk034:," which seems to me to make much more sense. Do you guys have a syllable shortage or something?

I prefer to think of it as being succinct. :D

Actually, that would explain "Aluminum"...

I've never understood that usage. "ah loo mih num"... "ahh loo mi nee um"... Do you guys have a syllable glut or something? 'Cause you're just giving those extra noises away. :D;):p:scarper:

:duck:

Well, you see, they went to the store to pick up a fresh supply of gratuitous "u"s to stuff into words that end in "or", and the gratuitous "i"s were on sale at half price...

Oh no he di'int! ;)

I don't know about that, but I could seriously use some help finding my car keys this morning. Bremen? Hamburg? Munich? You folks got anything? Meine Autoschlüssel fehlen.
.
I looked real careful here, they're not here.
Try under that lamp where the light is better... :)

90% of Germans do not Believe The official US Government Theory About 9/11

http://world911truth.org/90-percent-of-germans-do-not-believe-official-9-11-story/
Wow, 90 percent of Germans are idiots. Who knew 911 truth had so many more idiots with them? They fell for Hitlers lies, are they now falling for the lies of 911 truth?

19 terrorists did 911, the complex plot too much for 90 percent of German's and 100 percent of 911 truth to grasp.
Complex plot, by step
Step 1 - take planes
Step 2 - crash planes into large buildings

No wonder many Germans and all of 911 truth can't comprehend 911, it is one step too complex.
