I don't really care whether he has any money or not. I just know you asked where the info was in the link and helped you find it. But now that I'm in this mess... what is your reason for believing he has no money? I remember reading somewhere that he only had 40 euros in his account at the time of his arrest. Is that what this is about?

The 40 euro thing is just something I've seen mentioned by posters, nothing quoted though. The notion that Raf is wealthy though seems to come from his also wealthy father saying he was. So considering we have someone quoted as saying he was wealthy, it seems the burden is on you to prove otherwise. Why would his father lie about something like that? It has nothing to do with his guilt.

His father is wealthy just because he is a urologist in a country with socialized medicine? Where is the evidence that he is wealthy?

If RS owns property there are public records that indicate this. How hard would it be for someone fluent in Italian to access them?

I don't think anyone cares enough to prove whether his father was lying about him having a wealthy inheritance by digging into public records. It's a pointless thing to lie about, and rather irrelevant. I'm out!

I only drove drunk after ten at night.

Once when drunk, I was stopped by a police blockade that was checking for drunken drivers. The police asked me how many I had. I lied and said three. Then they asked me to recite the alphabet and let me go.

Now I have three beers once or twice a month and exceed that only once a year on the average.

People that drive drunk don't kill any more people than people that have guns. Just because you own a gun doesn't mean you will kill someone.

Too many people jump to conclusions.

EDIT: And btw, owning a gun isn't illegal in most places, driving drunk is illegal EVERYWHERE. Please tell me Justianian that you don't live in New York City because I don't want anyone I care about around you.

Nope, I'm looking at the facts of the case. They are all guilty, AK to a lesser degree. RS and RG actually murdered MK. They are human filth that I hope will rot in prison for many years.

What part did Knox take part of in this fantasy? All I know is the Prosecution doesn't want the possible semen stain tested in a rape/murder case. Do you think they might have already tested it and it came back not Guede or Sollecito? The prosecution has a history of not handing over evidence they feel helps the defense of Knox/Sollecito. Including DNA testing results.

Your claim was that there was no evidence, which is different than evidence you reject. What I would link you too is lots of stories from respected sources regarding his wealth. Besides the weird definition that family wealth doesn't count, I guess Jennifer Katharine Gates is broke.

I read through this a long time ago and it didn't dawn on me until re-reading it that the knife couldn't have Amanda's DNA on the handle without also bearing traces of Meredith's blood.

I recall saying much the same thing in my first blog piece on the case. The knife that doesn't match the wounds, doesn't match the bloody outline of a knife on the sheet, that was not disposed of right after the murder...It would be all be risible if the stakes of the case were not so high.

PMF had nothing to "release". All of the information they have is readily available to the public. All photographs and crime scene video that was not seen on the news was made available by the "side of innocence". What people need to realize is that those who believe Amanda and Raffaele are innocent want the actual facts presented to the public. When you look at the facts of this case minus all personal opinion on either side, you clearly see that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent.

I listened to the YouTube debate yesterday between Strange Dave and Peggy Ganong,
and 1 thing that caught my attention occurred in video part 3.
At 6:55 into the 3rd video, Peggy Ganong states that Rudy Guede did not have any prior convictions.

Well, I do not know if this is true or not and so I ask the fine members who post here on JREF for your opinion:

you see 2 sets of photo's of Rudy Guede, taken before the murder of Miss Meredith Kercher.

1) Why did Rudy Guede have his mug shot taken by the Polizia Scientifica Perugia before her murder?
Was he arrested and/or jailed for something that I am unaware of? Is this somehow related to the rumor that Rudy Guede possibly became a police informer?

2) In the 2nd mug shot, taken by the Questura di Milano,
I assume this was when he was found in the nursery/kindergarten school and was in possesion of stolen property.Correct?

Was Rudy Guede ever convicted of a crime
or was he just arrested, photographed and released to then have a nice day, so to say?

Alt+F4 above can't bring herself to say that Rudy got sentenced to much less time than AK or RS, 14 years. He got 1/2 the years they did.

You should really do some research on why Rudy received the sentence he did. It doesn't fit in at all with your conspiracy theory.
