Doesn't Amanda's lamp in ILE photos have a big #4 marker in front of it in photos? Or is that marker for something else nearby? If it's for the lamp then I can't see how they would be the ones to bring it in there, then put an evidence marker in front of it as if it were part of the crime. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
Depends which police officer took it in there and when, and also when the ILE markers were set down. For example, if Battistelli had gone back inside the house and used the lamp prior to the Carabinieri's arrival, the later police officers to arrive on the scene may not have realized the lamp wasn't there originally; same applies if it was the first Carabinieri officers on the scene. Obviously it wouldn't have been deliberate, but with so many police officers there coming and going, it would've been easy to assume it had been there all along.
