How do you know there were any core columns in the building before the towers fell, bill?
There's lots of pictures of the towers standing, and I don't see a single core column. All I see is the aluminum cladding.
Following your logic, if we can't see them in any given picture, then they aren't there.

In terms of the Hutchison Effect or whacky old Judy's blather, there is nothing to explain. Nothing other than concrete turned to dust as we watrched. The tallest of the spires just shed some of the dust that clung to it as it fell more or less straight down, keeping its shape the whole time inside that sheat of lagging dust.

Anyway, Justin, You're absolutely correct. Office partitions would certainly add to that drywall count. But, there are too many variables, and not enough valid information. So, as such, I will not attempt to account for that.

HOWEVER, I do have access to the dimensions of the core and basically can extrapolate the amount of drywall that would be needed.


But, again, I am not really motivated to do that right now. I think 43,000 pieces is quite enough for WTC Dust to work with for now. We shall see what comes of it, if anything.

Now you can take 180 mph and 580 mph and see why the impact of Flight 175 was 11 times more KE than the design. Why can't you understand 911? You can do simple tasks, and that is all it takes to refute Judy and WTC dust. Why have you failed?

I's love to know who painted in day-glo paint 'God bless the FDNY amd the PDNY ' But we have to remember that these cheap tricks were aimed at a population who were in the kind of catetonia induced by the 'shock and awe' that the perps had laid on them. They even went for 'They are coming to take our freedom' ansd they are coming to murder us in our beds'.

Obviously I can't do that. Maybe he was being sincere. But it sure looks suspect. For a start civilians wouldn't have been allowed there. And I definitely don't want to hear that it was written by a fireman or policeman.

Now you're referring to both the foot-columns and the rest of the building's core columns that went all the way up, surely?
The piles covered a large area and large heights as well (at the footprint, where the piles were notably high), and we saw a tall portion of South Towers core collapse a short while after the floors had collapsed around it, so we know it went down too (where else did it go ya think?).

And we have close up pictures of core columns in the piles. Personally, after having seen hundreds of pictures of the steel in those piles, I can't readily determine where every single piece went originally. So this brings me to the unevitable question, what's your point?
 
It most likely was. It could have been one of the S&R guys, or one of the other hundreds of people who were authorized to be inside the area.

Hell, it could have been any one of my good friends who were there.

Do you have a point?
