A one night stand with Christine O'Donnell

Why should we care? Is she running on a morality platform? Then it would be important. Hell, we don't even know it's true, just that she really did dress as a lady bug.

There are real, substantial reasons to oppose her politically and find her unfit for political office. A single woman having a one night stand just isn't one of them.

Well, to be honest, it wasn't even much of a stand...
 
Yeah, when I clicked the link and saw pictures were included, I expected something a little more salacious than a Facebook photo album from a costume party.

Color me "meh".
 
I love how they have really focused on the line about pubic hair so no-one would miss it the important facts...

The way this is written makes it seem a bit too perfect.

By the way, what do you posters think "one night stand" means. I don't really think this was one.

I think I have had a brain fart that lead to my posting this. I want to apologize. I really didn't think through how really squalid and sorry the underlying piece was...as someone at Salon wrote: (paraphrasing) it was the kind of piece that makes you actually feel sorry for O'Donnell. With reflection, I have to agree. I am sorry for my small part in moving a story like this around and for bringing it to the forum.

I agree. If he had actually had sex with her, it would have been a story because of her whole "masturbation is a sin" thing and her abstinence educations stance. However, she didn't act as a hypocrite in this situation, so this guy is just a douchebag.

And people trying to use it against her are just hurting their own cause.
