Anyone know about the unreleased Midwest bigfoot video?

Heard yesterday that there is a video of bigfoot taken somewhere in the Midwest that is supposed to be the most compelling bigfoot footage since the Patterson flick. It hasn't been released yet, and is currently being studied by "experts". Does anyone have any details on this video? They were keeping it hush hush on the talk show.

The OP is asking about what is now known as The Erickson Project. They have a documentary in the works called Sasquatch the Quest. The trailer link for this documentary doesn't work on their own website but it can be viewed directly here.

The Erickson Project has previously been known as The Kentucky Project and also as The Pancakes Video. This is because the original video evidence showed a purported Bigfoot being baited to a plate of pancakes at night. That video was publicly viewable for a period of time (I got to see it) by way of the BFRO. Then a wealthy Canadian named Adrian Erickson became involved, bought up everything, launched lawsuits and the result was no Pancake Video to be seen anywhere. Erickson was a BFRO investigator.

That was several years ago and apparently much has happened since then. Erickson continued to buy things including property and homes in the Bigfoot sighting area of Kentucky (and possibly Tennessee). He began to hire people as support for the project and is said to now have numerous videos of Bigfoots including close-up daytime footage. It's easy to understand the involvement of nearly all the listed players as they are known Bigfooters. But where did Hadj-Chikh come from? She is on Erickson's payroll. I think that is her in the video trailer.

Thanks, I saw that article yesterday as I was researching the big post I made today. I'm curious of the deeper roots of her involvement. Did she come to Bigfootery because she already believed? Or was she pulled in by somebody(s) and then she arrived at belief?

That night a small, elite team would return to the site. Dr Leila Hadj-Chikh, Conservation Biologist for the Wildlife Conservation Society, would set up her super high-tech recording equipment.

Dr Leila Hadj-Chikh said she though Bigfoot existed because of people like Kevin's statements: "Most of my scientific knowledge is based on what other people tell me. If I can talk to people and judge their credibility for myself, then that's the same as accepting another scientist's judgement on another species."

I'm rather fascinated with PhDs who believe in Bigfoot - partly because Bigfootery places so much emphasis on them.

Dr. Hadj-Chikh has written the foreword for Dr. Bindernagel's new book on Bigfoot. Bindernagel says he saw his first Bigfoot as part of the Erickson Project. All the dots connect.
