They aren't really claiming these phenomena are miracles. "Miracle" is just a figure of speech. They are just saying they are absolutely and staggeringly amazing.
To say magnets are a "miracle" is to completely misunderstand what a magnet is, what a miracle is, or both.
If they meant "miracle" as a figure of speech their explanations in subsequent interviews (see interview below) certainly don't say that.

Magnetism has been known about for how many centuries? Do they think magnets are divine intervention or "unusual"? Well, there's this: If it weren't for our knowledge of magnetism ICP's vocals couldn't have been recorded and played through speakers. If things like magnets are miracles then everything a person is ignorant about is a miracle and the definition of miracle has no meaning.
ETA 2: These guys are sorta being ironic, right? This stuff isn't serious. As with the class clown who plays dumb for laughs, it's a studied and deliberate kind of stupidity. Yeah, they are a bit tongue in cheek and in on the joke.
I think.
I hope.
That's the issue. They aren't being ironic or poetic. As mentioned in my post above, the two members of the "posse" explained:

... In this TV interview, filmed shortly after the Miracles video went viral, the host presents Insane Clown Posse with a book called The Way Things Work, featuring a chapter on exactly how magnets work. They do not, it's fair to say, look particularly happy.
"It's a lot funner being the dumb guy, because then you get to appreciate the beautiful things like all the miracles we talk about," says Violent J.
"Science can be real exciting," concedes Shaggy 2 Dope. "But I'd rather get what we call p**sy. Know what I'm saying?" Well, quite.

They are clearly saying being "dumb" is "fun" and knowledge takes away from the "beauty" of "things". Furthermore, they simply don't care about science. I watched some of their interviews, including an interview with Violent J who seemed proud he dropped out of the ninth grade.
If someone wants to explain how they are being ironic, show evidence. If someone can show how the song is an allusion, show proof.
As Martin Bashir described to ICP during an interview before the "Miracles" video became an issue, the group's music is by and for the "barely literate." Watch the video to see how ICP respond to that and it's quite telling.
