Is there really a "Journolist?"

Okay, I see rightwingers (usually the most over-the-top of them,, referring to a mallevolent political entity they call "Journolist."

I never heard of it. I make no referrence to it in my posts. I see that no other lefty does.

Does it exist? What is it?

Or is this another "Ewige Jude?"
 
Here is a post of mine on the issue.

Short version, some journalists did get together to discuss how to spin the news to favour the Democratic party over the Republican.

This doesn't exactly overturn the existing hard data showing that "liberal media bias" overall is a myth cooked up by US conservatives who mistake balance for persecution, but it certainly does prove that individual journalists were grinding the Democratic party axe as hard as they could.
 
Ezra Klein, juicebox Mafia blogger, started Journolist a couple years back.

He poisoned the meme with his fabrications about the Kenny Gladney beat-down, ACORN and child prostitution and Shirely Sherrod as a racist government official. He also had a hand in an attempt to diddle the phones in a senator's office. Then he lied his tush off about it all. The boy is a stranger to the truth and is out to destroy people's lives in pursuit of the thoudand year Rei...erm..permanent Republican majority.

Where is the evidence that he fabricated anything about the Kenny Gladney beat-down, Acorn and Child Prostitution, and Shirley Sherrod as a racist government official? How did he lie about the Senator's office incident?

The video of the Gladney beart-down show only as bunch of teatrash gang-stomping a pastor who has ties to SIEU, and an ally of the Breitbart maggot taking charge and showing the cops who the actors were, obviously blaming the SIEU people when he knew that the snivelling little twit wearing the same kind of shirt that he and all the teatrash were wearing to the event started it.

He disavowed any intent to act criminally in connectiuon with the tresspassing, even though his pig-boy O'Keefe was busted red-handed. Do pay attention or stay out of the way.

I'm sorry but that was a bit hard to follow. You're making a charge but you've offered nothing to back it up. Perhaps you could direct me to the video in question. If that's not too much to ask.

Did he actually edit anything himself? Also , did any of the editing falsely show Acorn employees giving advice on how to skirt the law? I saw and heard Acorn employees give that advice. I'm quite sure that the addition of a pimp costume never added anything to or took anything away from that fact. Am I wrong?

Your claim was that he lied. Where is the evidence that he did? The fact that O'keefe was busted does not prove any guilt on Brietbart's part. It certainly doesn't demonstrate that he lied.
 
Nothing that the pig ever said has been proven true. Other people say something other than what he claimed happened. That can only mean that he is a lying sack of crap.

Read what the smelly little sack of compost wrote. He tried to pass this off as a reflection of Shirely Sherrod's racist attitude, and the responce of the audience as an example of how racist the NAACP is. This was an effort to take revenge for the NAACP calling the teatrash "racists" He slimed Sherrod knowing that people tend to get hurt when he barfs on them.

He claims not to have edited the video, but the arguement is as lame as Palin's "death panels" arguement against the health care bill.

If he did not see the full tape, then the drooling idiot had no idea what he was presenting, which indicates an IQ about twenty short of needing a legal guardian.

If he did see the full tape, he is simply evil for having presented it as proof that Sherrod is a racist and that NAACP approves of that.

The boy is garbage either way you look at it, and the people who hold him up as a hero need to re-examine their own souls.

The thing that surprised be about Journolist was the discovery that people still use listserv. I thought that means of communication died circa 1998. But I guess if you really wanted to hide something... that would be the place to do it :)

Actually, that is mild language compared to what I really think of Breitbart. He is not someone whom a rational society elevates to any position of respectability. He is utterly evil. That's all there is to it.
 
We don't know that Breitbart lied. It's perfectly possible that he simply was mistaken and had bad sources over, and over, and over again. So either he lies, or he's stupid, or both.
