Obama declares war on Iran

To the tune of "Railroad Bill":

Jawbone June,
Jawbone June,
He keep on playin'
That same ole tune.
An' it's ride
Ride
Ride.

Add slide guitar solo and stir.

Defending the Rabid Beaver Thinking Only of Global Hegemony, Lurking On Your Doorstep, Are You, You Pawns?

Bolding mine -
Canada has not attacked the US. Since 1813
Canada is not harboring anyone that has attacked the US. In almost 200 years, at least.
Canada is not funding or assisting anyone that is attacking the US. That you know of. But do you really know where Paul Anka is right now?
Canada is not committing unspeakable human rights abuses against it's own citizens. This Century
Canada has not called for the destruction of another nation state and it's people. Well, not of the USA, but they had some pretty nasty things to say about France in the 18th Century, and Germany, Austria-Hungary, Italy and Japan in the 20th.
Canada is not currently constructing nuclear weapons to carry out said genocidal threats. Buckminster Fuller be damned. What's really in all those igloos?

...do I need to go on?

No, you needn't go on, Travis.... Or should I say,..... Dudley Doright? Hmmmmm?

Well, that does it. I think another war with the Brits is due too.

If we keep civilian casualties to a minimum and make it a quick operation we could bring real democracy to Iran and have friendly relations with the Iranian people.
"If" being the operative word. Neither of your predicates have any chance of happening so bringing democracy to Iran via invasion has the same chance of success as bringing democracy to Afghanistan by invasion - namely, zero.

It's something that's going to have to happen eventually. Either the people overthrow the Mullahs and create a more moderate government or we'll have to do it for them. This needs to happen before they get the nuke, not after.
Riiight. The last time we installed a pro-Western government in Iran was a huge success.

Canada has not attacked the US. Since 1813 Canada wasn't established until 1867

Canada is not funding or assisting anyone that is attacking the US. That you know of. But do you really know where Paul Anka is right now? The only Canadian citizen actively commiting atrocities against the US is funded by Las Vegas tourists
Canada is not committing unspeakable human rights abuses against it's own citizens. This Century Just what the hell do you think we did back in 1999?

Nuff sed.

How would the US react if its fuel imports were blocked?

If the USA was drilling far more oil than it consumed, it wouldn't be importing oil products in the first place.

I think it is hilarious that Iran is too incompetent to refine its own oil and has to rely on imports.

Afghanistan was a democracy until the UN turned a blind-eye to vote rigging and corruption.

Don't have to be a mystic to see that confrontation with Iran is inevitable. This can happen before it gets nuclear weapons or after. Personally, I prefer before. I wish there was a diplomatic solution but there isn't. Obama has been more than generous, has flattered Iran and they openly say they laugh at him and hate him. I'm glad that we have this out of the way. Now we can focus on how and when war with Iran will take place.

The US never installed a government in Iran.

Do you think that if some country refused to do business with the USA, it would be considered an act of war? I like to think that most Americans know the difference between an act of war and no act of war better than that.

Of course, except when you have to make some propaganda point that's so BS that you have to lie about what is war and what isn't. Sorry about that. You have your work cut out for you there.

Is there a reason that you didn't answer the question.

Cutting fuel supplies has nothing to do with not "doing business". If the US had its oil imports blocked its economy would collapse very quickly .

What is this, 1984? Black is white. Up is down. Virus lives in the real world.

Your assertions are just plain wrong. I have to wonder if I should invoke Poe's Law.
