Sovereignty is thousands of years old, however in today's age it is relatively new as shown by the courts disregard of it.

But just because it has been forgotten/ignored/disbanded in America (After being the founding ideal) within the last 200 years it does not mean the theory/practice is some false illusion/snake oil.

It is a theory/practice put in place by hundreds of groups of people across the world today.

But when one person wants sovereignty it is all of a sudden some crackpot theory.

An unconstitutional law is one that would be overturned on constitutional grounds by the Supreme Court.
Liquor prohibition laws are not unconstitutional: there are still "dry counties" and "dry municipalities" in which one cannot legally buy an alcoholic drink.

I never heard this before, but im guessing it is because they feel the need of the court systems to not be hypocritical.

For if the US government can be a sovereign entity so should the individual.
