Examples of U.S. Soverign Citizen (Freeman on the Land) Failures

Both the state and federal government force me to accept money every month.

I have to go to a voting place if I want my voice to count.

I am a veritable slave held by silken fetters of habit.

The bastards here pay me a generous pension every month. Look everybody,I'm being oppressed!

That excuse doesn't work, because they claim that "the system" must comply with them. They claim that their methods work under the current system.

Until a few days ago I had never heard of FOTL but even I have figured that out.
But someone who appears to be advocating their point fails to grasp it..

This question was not geared toward you.

You seem to like to jump into conversations, and i would appreciate it if you did not.

I refuse to contract with you in this matter. There you are,I'm following your principles.

A six year old child could grasp it but not Freemen and Women.Check out the FOTL forum on the Dvaid Icke site.

Bluekush623 is attempting to prove a strawman of his own argument. A bait and switch, really.

In reality the methods should work, but when the system is rigged, should you actually expect it to work? the answer is no.

If it were so easy to be a freeman there probably would be no need to be a freeman as the system would be honest and just.

Provide proof that the system is rigged.

By law reference, I didn't mean legal citation.

I mean a Law maxim or terminology/theory which is a foundational idea of America that allows one to be governed with out their consent.

Of course you can reference court cases with frauds and people who are too entangled with the government to ever break free, but it still doesnt mean that consent of the governed is the lawful right of every American.

Of course you don't - because you know that there is not 1 single case in any country on any issue that has ever supported even 1 FMOTL argument. Not even one. To rational, sane people, this is overwhelming evidence that FMOTL as a concept is a failure. You still don't understand what consent of the governed means. I consent to be governed - you don't - so get the hell out of my country so we can stop wasting tax dollars on you.

Throwing out Latin legal maxims is like speaking gibberish and it has the same impact in any legal argument: they mean nothing. And you have yet to give us 1 legal theory which says that you can agree to live in the jurisdiction of government while not abiding by it. There is no legal theory which supports FMOTL - you are free to not consent and go to a different country. You are not free to continue to live in the country and Freeload on the Land.

This is not a private conversation,it is a public form.

So are you saying you only act responsible and polite in private and that in a public forum you act disruptive and inappropriate? How childish.

Your semantics are really annoying. You have about 10-15 posts in this thread and they are all one liners.

You already lost any credibility you had with me a long time ago. So every time you think you have one upped me you are just making a fool of yourself.

You guys can keep thinking you know it all, you are only hampering your intelligence in the end.

I would imagine there have been several constitutional challenges to existing drug laws, and the fact that those laws are, in fact, existing, shows that the challenges have failed. Maybe some of the lawyers in the forum can comment.

That is certainly the case in Canada. There have been many constitutional challenges to existing drug laws, which have failed. There are a few exemptions for such things as medical reasons, but the laws continue to pass constitutional muster.

Bluekush is batting 1000 on being incorrect about every single thing he has said about the law in this thread.

In reality the methods should work, but when the system is rigged, should you actually expect it to work? the answer is no.

So when a fotl is in court and goes through his rituals and still loses, deep down the judge knows that really the fotl's arguments are correct?

To say the foundation of law means nothing is a complete bastardization of the law and it does nothing to help your argument.

Consent of the Governed is the only law theory you need. How it has been ignored for 15 pages in this thread is a disgrace to the American law system.

And tacit consent has no real logical stability as no one consented to be born in America so no one has to be forced to move.
