Examples of U.S. Soverign Citizen (Freeman on the Land) Failures

It doesn't necessarily end government corruption but if you stop supporting the abusive relationship you will no longer be abused (at your consent).

How have you been abused by the government?

Again, repeated programmed propaganda. You have demonstrated you have no actual knowledge of what consent, mala in se, etc. actually means. You have shown you have never studied the law, and have no idea what you are talking about. We have had at least 3 different lawyers debunk you.

Actually, the law references are every where - but as with most posts, you ignore them when you disagree with them. Here are simply a handful of cases that all slapped down Freeman propaganda. These all deal with different areas of tax law and the federal reserve, where soverign citizens FAILED:

Now, where is your 1 legal citation that gives us a court case where 1 FMOTL argument of any kind worked? I'm waiting.

By law reference, I didn't mean legal citation.

I mean a Law maxim or terminology/theory which is a foundational idea of America that allows one to be governed with out their consent.

Of course you can reference court cases with frauds and people who are too entangled with the government to ever break free, but it still doesnt mean that consent of the governed is the lawful right of every American.

It was ratified in and it was ratified out, doesn't matter the reason. it was a failed experiment. at the end of the day it was unconstitutional and will never be attempted again because it was unconstitutional.

A failed experiment, yes. But a failed constitutional experiment.
It was not unconstitutional and the reason it is unlikely to be attempted again is not because it was unconstitutional.

The thing is, though, that the FOTLers claim that their methods will prevail under the current laws and court systems. If this is true, then why do there appear to be no cases in which this has happened, and a whole lot in which it hasn't?

I never said it was.

It may not be constitutional but it is the founding idea to this current system.

If one wants to disregard the DOI you mine as well disregard the Constitution with it.

First you say that you never claimed the DOI was part of the constitution then you say they're the equivalent.

You don't notice a contradiction?

What is your definition of unconstitutional?

Because the system is corrupted and wont allow for it.

That excuse doesn't work, because they claim that "the system" must comply with them. They claim that their methods work under the current system.

They know that their methods don't work, they are just stirrers, fully paid up members of the Awkward Squad.

This question was not geared toward you.

You seem to like to jump into conversations, and i would appreciate it if you did not.

This is a public forum, not a FOTL forum.I will stick my oar in just as much as I like.

What kind of vile indignities have you been subjected to?

Both the state and federal government force me to accept money every month.

I have to go to a voting place if I want my voice to count.

I am a veritable slave held by silken fetters of habit.
