Examples of U.S. Soverign Citizen (Freeman on the Land) Failures

I hope I am not misrepresenting FOTL as presented by Bluekush623, but the gun does not have to be in your possession. If someone tried to build a house on your land without your consent, then you would call the police. If the squatters told the police to ****-off, then more police with guns would show up to protect your property rights.

this is what i said.

I interjected into the discussion because the discussion was being dishonest, so i created some discussion.

You are interjecting as a troll creating useless posts that do nothing to evolve the discussion.
Please refrain from the ad homs, it does nothing to forward the discussion.
You say people are not trying to change the system but the so called "Failed Attempts" prove people are trying to change things.
Whether or not you agree with their method.
Which failed attempts are your referring to?
And i have stated that becoming a freeman is a remedy to the system.
Which is not an answer to my question: is FOTL the way the system really works now, or is it a hypothetical system some people wish to see implemented.
think of it like a relationship. you can choose to be with your partner (government) or not. and being a freeman is basically being single.
No, being a Freeman is trying to have one's cake and eat it. If you wish to be single, you have to actually leave your partner.
this is consent of the governed, no one can force anyone into any group.
Don't be silly.
if so please classify it what it is, slavery/dictatorship/ or whatever evil you want to call it.
There's nothing evil going on. You don't like the system. Fine. You're entitled to have that opinion. You're entitled to voice that opinion. You're even entitled to act on that opinion by leaving the system you don't like. You're not entitled to insist you're not part of the system whilst still living within it.

Because it is not illegal to not work, thus it is not illegal to not pay taxes.

Waiter? I ordered evidence, hold the hyperbole?

I seem to have nothing on my plate but hyperbole, and no evidence at all...

Yes.

That's quite alright, just change it?

Thanks.

I don't know why Bluekush thinks he can educate on us on the law when he can't even wrap his head around double negatives.

So? that seems perfectly normal to me,I pay my taxes.I think that another word for the FOTL point of view is jealousy.

Who has ever been jailed or thrown out of the USA for not paying taxes without an income?

I will wait forever.

I have answered your " Is Fotl The way it is/How it will be" question multiple times now and your cognitive abilities wont allow you to grasp that it is a "remedy" which means its both the way it is and how it will be.

This makes no sense. Either FOTL is the way it is, or is the way you would like it to be. (Or, if you prefer, how it will be.)
It cannot be both.

So?

So someone is still upholding your claim of land with a gun, which is my point.

What is the point of your point? I don't get it.The land is mine, some one tries to take it from me,I don't own a gun so I call the police. What is wrong with that picture?

The evasiveness of the people purporting to follow it forces me to conclude it is a freeloading scheme.

Your conclusion is correct, underneath the fog of garbled legal jargon and half-baked ideas about society lies a bedrock of freeloading cheapskates.

Sledge has some misinterpretation of FOTL that it is the only system. When thats not true. Just because there are Freeman doesnt mean any or every government will be changed/destroyed.

Freeman and other governments can coexist, just like all governments coexist at the moment.

The way it is = you can be either single or a couple
How it will be = you can be either single or a couple

There is no difference between the two, as the system we reside in is not "concrete".

Remedy = becoming single again.

The point is no one really owns the land. They only claim to with the power of a gun.

I think you missed this part

In short yes. The government, including regular people do not really own the land. The pretend they do with a gun.

Very simple, No One owns any land on the Planet earth.

Some people may claim they do with a gun, but that's only a make believe illusion.

Ah. I think I see what you're getting at. 'If you earn nothin', you don't gotta pay nothin'?'

Not much of a life though is it? And to have that life, you have to do what several posters have already suggested; remove yourself completely from society...that means no computer, no phone line, no internet connection, no electricity, no social security cheques, no gas for cooking and heating, no medic-aid, no driving on public roads and no living in a city.

You have to go into the wilderness and build your own house, and produce your own food, and chop wood for the fire, and make your own soap, and find a way to chase away the bears (you can't take a gun with you, and I bet you're not a gunsmith), and a million other things just to survive let alone make life enjoyable.

I've dreamed of a life like that for myself, ocassional. But it's actually going to be harder work than any of us 'slaves' ever have to do, with no one to rescue you when something goes wrong...

So you head on out and I'll say more power to you and good luck.

But I'll stay right here, and work my job (slinging food at Freemasons mainly), which is loads easier than what you'll have to do, and pay my taxes thanks.

Sledge has some misinterpretation of FOTL that it is the only system.
Sledge has no such thing. Sledge wishes to find out what FOTL is, and is constantly intrigued by the inability of it's followers to answer a straight question.
When thats not true. Just because there are Freeman doesnt mean any or every government will be changed/destroyed.

Freeman and other governments can coexist, just like all governments coexist at the moment.
This is simply wrong. What FOTLers either want or claim is already the case (a straight answer to which it is still unforthcoming) is completely incompatible with the system of government that either exists or we foolishly think exists.

This is gibberish.

If you live with someone and decide you want to be single again..you leave.

If you break up with someone, but then stay in their house, eat their food and use their washing facilities, without making any contribution, you are a freeloader.

Not to mention utterly without self respect.
