You've avoided the full term used in this thread and in the article itself.

The only precedent I wanted to set was the use of the term 'stone' rather than the innocuous 'pebble'. There's no twisting of any sort.

So there's no twisting or anything. Kieselsteine is the same in German and Dutch (albeit slightly different spelling) and the full term should be used over the truncated Swiss version of it.

The word Kieselsteine isnt used, we use Kies.

this is the usual word for me. and i will not change that just because you dont like it........

no body was stoned, some people had stones throwed at them, but nobody died, so no stoning took place, and its also not known if the dancers were stoned, what would be illegal in Germany.

Never said you aren't allowed to the use term. Just using legal terms when they're applicable. If you could actually defend the use of such legal terms in the threads where we've had this discussion instead of scurrying off (in Parky fashion I might add) instead of bringing it up in other threads, we could actually get somewhere.
