Thanks, the question wasn't directed at you. At one point I thought Radrook was actually engaging in a good discussion and this was the next step to the next point of understanding.. Now I wager he'll never acknowledge the question. Thanks for the help.

Just like you said it couldn't but it did. I dropped it because it freaked me out.
To do what it did it should have been hot and by that hot enough to burn you if you weren’t careful.
What I realized after it happened and I dropped it that it wasn’t, because the drywall guy picked it right up and wasn’t affected by any heat.

Why do you come to the JREF, and serve the same preaching to a group which is obviously not of your faith, or at least use something we call rationality more than faith, and hope to get a different result ?

We are here for the discussion, some of us because it is fun, some of us to educate, some of us for other reason. *YOU* post here so naturally people will answer. But see we have given up trying to explain some concept to some of the poster. We don't post as much as to really explain to potential lurker WHY the poster from the preacher/faithful is wrong.

So you see, our answer to your belief, is to educate the potential reader of your post, to indicate where the error in your logic is.

But, be our guest. Keep posting your testimony of faith. In a skeptical forum. Parroted over and over.

And why can't you give a simple summary of the hypothesis? That would be much more conducive to debate.

See, here's an evolution hypothesis for comparison:

Populations adapt to their environment as a natural consequence of characteristics that are favourable for such an environment (acquired through mutation) having a higher probability of propagating, due to the increased chances of survival enjoyed by their possessors. Different forms of adaptation result in the division of populations into different species, which in turn continue to evolve.
