Based on a title suggested in a thread earlier today, I have provisionally talked my composer partner into a working up a musical, working title "Poor, Mad, Julie Woods," based on a composite of twoofer archetypes who will remain nameless for copyright purposes. I have given zie lyrics to "Clappity Clappity Clap," "Faster than Gravity," "CGI: Live!" "Nanonite My Darling" "Where's The Buffet / Sorry, Wrong Path" and "Inside Job / No Planes / All Lies" but, with no exposure to the actual claims, Bo is asking for some links to descriptions of some of the players involved which we can use while trying to market it / to help give zie insight to the whole thing (I write the librettos, but zie tweaks them, just like I find orchestrations zie has not considered -- but which we usually cannot afford to hire for one freakin' song. Ki, his life partner, calls me Llano because I make a song the entirety of the world -- and then I need the whole world all in harmony to perform it.)

Bo has a short attention span -- I'm looking for recommendations for links to the *essence* of these characters of twooferdom, as many as I can find.

"Faster than Gravity,"... will you you be able to use the music from Wicked's- Defying Gravity?

:D

The lyrics don't lend themselves -- but that is one of my favourite musicals.

waitwaitwait -- Julie starts up on a catwalk, and is *slowly* lowered to the stage floor, all the while singing about faster than gravity. Maybe we can work in .... "Tommy Slamoda's" jolts/bumps ( and grinds ) at each floor....

"Hush - a - boom / I know about hu-ush a boom / I'll teach you to ignore the 'ficts' / collapsed in footprints / inside job-a hint, you know / and you'll say 'dustification's how to go ....'"

One song does not a musical make, especially if it uses music from someone else.

We are looking for this to be an original.

You need an actor I've got my MFA from UCONN. (Granted I'm not so much a singer as I can sell the bell out of a song.)

ETA: Oh, and might I suggest a song titled "DEW you hear Judy" ?

UConn? Couldn't you get into a *real* school?

(my ex went there long enough to move halfway across the country when zie met me, don't mean to cast aspersions -- okay, yes I do....)

That whistling sound was the OP -zing- going right over your head, much like the bullets at Balaklava, as we used to say.

Thank you for your post. I'm afraid you've posted up nothing of any substance because if you study the OP in stark detail, you can clearly hear NO SOUND from it whatsoever. Therefore the poster you refer to as TSR simply does not exist, try as you might to convince the lurkers it does.

All the rest.

Actually, another ex was from Odessa -- let's let Saggs make of that what zie will....

Over my head? What? Who is Julie? I don't know no Julie. Spit it out. I wonder what's over your head. Well not really.

You seem to have forgotten those pics from the NWO holiday party.

The negatives seem to, on cursory examination, include you and several Ukranian .... entertainers .... of ambiguous gender ....
