9/11 pilot interview on Coast to Coast

Is this the pilot that fired the missiles at UA175 but missed hitting WTC7 instead?

just posting a link without comment or opinion is borderline spam Magz. Do you have any comment or at least a summary of what was said in the interview, for those of us who prefer not to waste our time listening at this point?

Scrambled on 9/11
During the first hour, Ian chatted with Martin Richard, a former F-15 fighter pilot who was scrambled during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He recounted that his squad was ordered to return from a training mission and then were scrambled again as the event of 9/11 unfolded. During their mission, they were patrolling the skies for wayward air traffic, "chasing around aircraft and making sure they were going where they needed to go." Following that, they were ordered to form a combat air patrol over Ground Zero. Should the order have come to shoot down a hijacked commercial plane on 9/11, Richard said that he would have had to obey the command. However, he theorized that the commanders who would have given the order would not have had enough credible information to make such a bold command.

Thanks for the summary, but that was only part of my beef. We have a "General Discussion" thread, if all you want to do is post a link to an uncoming, or already gone video or audio piece. If it is going to deserve its own thread, I think the Author or thread starter owes us at least some preamble, do you not agree?

TAM:)

Definately TAM.

If the thread starter cannot put more effort into the thread than simply posting a link without comment or summary then what would make us want to post any comment.

In this case Magz isn't even 'just asking questions'.

I will thank Dr.Res for that short summary though.
It does not contain anything that bolsters any conjectures I have seen from those who do not believe the commonly accepted history of events of 9/11/01.

Well, I suppose that it shows that IF a shoot down had been ordered then the AF pilot would have shot. That is not a point in dispute though. Magz still has not produced anything that supports the idea that such a shootdown was ordered.
