Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

Everyone should try this at home. Walk out of a door that closes like Meredith's door. In other words, find a door that swings closed in the same direction. Exit the room leading with your left foot. Use your right hand to pull the door closed. When you put your left foot on the floor make sure your toes are pointing at an angle toward your right. Keep your hand on the handle of the door the entire time as you close it. Now, your right foot is free to land anywhere you like. If you make this very natural motion, you will close the door and your body will be nearly facing the door. Now ask yourself if it would feel like a natural position to lock that door.

Make the motion to lock the door. Proceed with tour right foot in the direction that your left foot is facing.

With a very natural motion, you just repeated the movements of Rudy when he left Meredith's room. He stepped out of the room with his left foot. His foot was angled toward the front door. His toes were not directly facing the door but the angle was leading in that direction. He closed the door with his right hand. He inserted the key with his right hand. Then he walked out the front door.

Try it a few times. It is a very natural motion.

The hall was walked on my many people the morning following the murder. There is no doubt that the evidence on the floor was compromised. From the evidence that we do have, Rudy's shoe prints, set in Meredith's blood, show very clearly that Rudy could have easily closed the door, locked it and left the cottage.

Keep in mind, The most likely scenario based on the evidence shows that Rudy had already left the room once. He went into the bathroom to do a quick clean up. When he left the room the first time, he left the blood on the inside handle.

After he cleaned up, he went back in the room, went through Meredith's purse, took the cell phones, credit cards and possibly money and left.

When he left the room the second time, he stepped in blood with his left shoe. The door was open. He pulled the door closed and locked it with his right hand.

What I have said here is a very logical view of the crime scene based on the evidence. It takes elaborate plans by Amanda and Raffaele and theories of an impossible clean up effort to add Amanda and Raffaele to the crime.

The most logical conclusion, Amanda and Raffaele weren't there.

Rose,

Fulcanelli is in one of his moods today. I know this is off of the current topic.

Please research Bob Graham on your own. Have a chat with Mr. Turner about Bob Graham. Bob is not a member of FOA. He is not paid by Marriott. He is not pushing for a jailhouse interview with Amanda. This is all fabricated by Fulcanelli. Please do not take Fulcanelli's opinion of Bob Graham as the truth.

Please clarify your position. Are you saying that Amanda and Raffaele Were expecting Filomena to show up long before Raffaele decided to call the police? Because she didn't show up, you feel that Amanda and Raffaele then felt the need to do more staging? When they were comfortable with their staging work, Raffaele called the Carabinieri?

They didn't know 'when' she'd show up. And that was their problem.

You have no proof that Meredith was murdered after 11 pm. The time of her death is inconclusive.

It's not inconclusive at all. Ir's well established and is recorded in the Massei Report.

Should we close and lock it with our backs to it, Mary style?

Really? Even though none of his DNA is present in the bathroom? Kevin Lowe claims this as proof of absence. Do you disagree?

Except, the evidence on the purse proves he neither opened it or went inside it (the purse). And, where does the assumption come from that Meredith's phones were in her pusre...why would they be in there?

That's not the story told by his footprints...or the absence of blood on the outside handle.

Logical only when no evidence is required to support it and when we ignore all evidence that contradicts it. It's a good 'story', but bears no relation to the real world, the facts, the evidence or the truth. But as bedtime stories go, it may well help you get to sleep at night.

No Bruce, I agree. He's not paid by the FOA. He has his own agenda, the desire for access and that requires the blessing of Marriott.

PS: I have moods?

It's not inconclusive at all. Ir's well established and is recorded in the Massei Report.

You and the Massei report. If Massei says it, then it must be true. No other proof needed. The report is Massei's interpretation of the evidence. The report is not evidence.

Mignini wasn't sure what time Meredith died. He simply adjusted the time to fit his theories. If his theory changed, he just changed the time.

Meredith's time of death is inconclusive.

The Bard needs no defenders, however, she is an intelligent, caring person who works with disadvantaged children, amongst other things. So, she admires Michael, who moderates the highly respected site, PMF. As do many , many other people, myself included. She doesn,t post here, so leave her alone, please.

This doesn't clarify anything?

Why did they need to know when Filomena was going to arrive?

They couldn't have known when she'd arrive and that was the problem...she could have arrived any time and the later the day the more likely that may happen. They couldn't risk being caught with their pants down.

If you read what I wrote and actually tried it for yourself, then you would realize that your back would not be facing the door. The front of your body would be facing the door. Go back and read what I wrote, then try it.

Yes, I disagree. Rudy did a quick clean up in the bathroom.

The evidence suggests no such thing.

I have the high resolution photos of the shoe print outside the door. That print tells the story just like I described it. Go back and read what I wrote again. Try it out for yourself.

Don't distract this point with all of your other BS. Go to a door and try what I said. You will see that it is a very natural motion.

This makes no sense. They didn't know when Filomena would arrive so they called the police?

Oh my God, we are going to get caught by Filomena, Let's call the police!

That thought process is nonsense.

Your theory has been destroyed by the proof that Raffaele called the police before the Postal police arrived.

As opposed to the mere fact that the defence lawyers argued against 'x' makes their argument proven so?

I'll take the judge. He alone is independent and takes all arguments into account.

What do you mean Mignini wasn't sure? He put her death at post 11 pm. Massei agreed. And he agreed not by listening to Mignini, but to the experts. Do you have something better to offer with which to counter that time?

Her name was brought to this forum by Fulcanelli. The Bard might be a nice person but she certainly doesn't show it by her remarks about me.

The Bards attacks on Amanda's family certainly go against your opinion of her. Posting photos of Amanda's family and mocking them is not the behavior of a kind person.

I applaud her on her work in her personal life but it does not excuse her behavior online.

Mignini changed Meredith's time of death. That means he wasn't sure. They waited to long to get an accurate time of death.

Rudi had an even less time to know when Laura and Filomena would arrive home. Or Amanda, for that matter, IF as you say, she wasn,t there.

CBS are rampant FOA. To quote them as any kind of a source is to scrape the depths. It may raise a laugh though.

CBS is FOA!!

Really? FOA controls CBS?

Thank you for this information. It really clarifies your position well.

Everyone that disagrees with Fulcanelli is FOA!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I am posting this again because it is very important. This post completely destroys the theory made by the guilters that Meredith's locked door proves that more than one person was involved.
