The decomposition only affected one towel. They tested it, but the results were negative.

I don't believe they tested the outside door handle.

I read PMF and I am not sure what he's talking about either. I know they sometimes post peoples' Friends Lists from social networking sites. This is typically done to show the links between "Kelly13", Anne Bremner, and/or various other people.

It was through one of those postings I was surprised to discover that "Kelly13" is actually a middle-aged man with a paunch who claims close ties to Amanda while she is in prison.

I know--made me shudder too.

Members of PMF searched facebook to find Amanda's younger sisters. Why on earth would they look at a child's facebook page?

Why would they post links to that page on PMF?

When they posted links to young girls facebook pages, why didn't fulcanneli delete those posts?

Do you really put a lot of stock in facebook friends? I have plenty of facebook friends I don't like or don't talk to. They make a lot of stupid links just by using Google on PMF. Did you know I found some interesting information about Elizabeth Johnson's role as an expert witness in US courts? Were I to just use Google and Facebook, I would think the only think Professor Johnson did was piss off some state prosecutor in Texas one day in her life.

She wasn't supplied with writing materials during the interrogation. The statements were typed up in Italian for her to sign.

You are assuming the police believed her statement to be unreliable. Obviously they didn't. There theory on the whole case did and still does stem from her statements. They believe them to be essentially true, only she substituted Patrick for Rudy to throw them off the scent and downplayed hers and Raffaele's own role in the crime.

As for discretion, no, not under Italian law in the case of a brutal sex murder. I can only tell you this so many times. Accept it or not.

What prevents the unscrupulous from doing so, is that they will in turn find themselves on trial for criminal slander....like Amanda.

The pages were public. It's thanks to PMF and the concern of the members, those pages are now private, as they damn well should have been in the first place...and would have been, were they properly parented.
 
Guys, why are we wasting time discussing the case when we should be mining the facebook accounts of underage girls and posting links to them here?

If you are unscrupulous you don't make the accusations yourself. Look, from what I've read, many of the laws in Italy are in place to help the police control the Mafia. The Mafia are known to be unscrupulous and very cunning, hence their long existence in Italy and the US, so what is to prevent them from manipulating this weird law in their favor?

Besides, if the police let a 20 year old girl manipulate them so easily, that doesn't say much about their law enforcement abilities, imo.

So we now have Fulcanelli openly admiring that members of PMF went to facebook and searched for Amanda's little sisters facebook accounts.

This is very disturbing.
