Let us assume this report about talking with the Insurance company is true. Why does that change the overall idea that Al Qaeda was behind the attacks? There are numerous reasons why Silverstein would want to talk about demolishing the building that have nothing to do with him having anything to do with the attacks or the eventual collapse of the building.

Here's some things you might want to look up: how much was the old WTC 7 insured for? How much did Silverstein get? How much did it cost to construct the new one?

After you've got those figures you come back and tell us if you still think this conversation is suspicious in your mind.

Assuming that the conversation did happen, I see nothing suspicious about Silverstein inquiring about demolition in case WTC 7 didn't collapse on its own. If it had not collapsed, Silverstein would have been left with a burned out unstable hulk of a building that he would have had to knock down somehow.
