Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

The room wasn't ransacked. Filomena's room was messy. There was no intentional ransacking to be seen.

Where has your buddy Kermit gone? I bet he measured that window and he realized that it wasn't that high after all. He was going to make a fancy powerpoint showing all of us how it would take spiderman to climb through that window. When you measure it out, you come to realize that it was an easy climb.

If Amanda and Raffaele actually murdered Meredith, why would Raffaele call the police to investigate the cottage?

So Bruce Fisher, please post those measurements and the photo of the lock type. Kermit may have measured, but most of the rest of us just don't have the information you do.

Thanks!

No Bruce, YOU stop the nonsense. The question is simple. IS Filomena a liar? IS Amanda a liar? Yes or no? Either you are wrong and they are not liars, or you are right and they are liars....which is it?

Calm yourself. Look at the room. Does it look like it was ransacked to stage a break-in?

Amanda looked and saw a messy room. She simply made an observation. Look at the table and the nightstand. Look at the clothes on the floor. Tell me where they were pulled from and tossed. The table and the night stand are cluttered. The clothes were there all along. The room was a mess.

I can't speak for Filomena. I can look at the pictures and say that it is very obvious that her room was not tidy.

My beef is, what's to watch and report? Do you want to know what the people in the Friends of Amanda look like? Why? So you can stalk them again?

I find this very ironic -- dare we say hypocritical? -- in light of the grief you guys give Candace for being photographed behind the Kerchers in Perugia.

To watch and report the same as what the rest of the media were there to watch and report? They were reporting for PMF, just as the other reporters were reporting for their own outlets.

You won't ever find PMF following the victims around though.

I'm perfectly calm and am asking a calm question, which you are refusing to answer...are Filomena and Amanda liars, YES or NO?

I am so far behind. I have an article about luminol from Steve Moore to get online for Monday. It is also Mother's day weekend. I will have the measurements on the Injustice site early this week. I am not the only one with this information. Photos of Filomena's room are available on my site. If you use the measurement marker in the room to measure the outside shutter you will see that the height of the shutter is 109 cm. You can use this measurement to measure the outside wall. I will try to get this online. I have drawn this out and the climb would be far from difficult. Rudy didn't even have to stretch to reach the latch.
This is the kind of information I have been asking for. What were the discrepancies?
Ask the police Mary!

I answered your question about Amanda and Filomena being liars.

So you have a picture from before the night showing just how untidy Filomena kept the room?

Because we have multiple witnesses saying that the room was kept reasonably tidy - including Filomena and Amanda (or, at least, Amanda felt the room looked unusually untidy enough to state that the room looked burglarized)

OH, to report for PMF, the gossip column! I get it now. PMF is a "member of the media." :D

Sorry, it just seems odd to me, personally, that you would feel the necessity to "crash" a fund-raising event in Seattle when the suspects are in prison in Perugia and Meredith is in her grave.

It does, indeed, sound like your group is going to be present at Candace Dempsey's book-signing -- exclusively to watch and report, of course. Any disturbances, any nasty comments, any parting words to Candace after waiting in line to get her autograph -- PMF won't be responsible for any of those.

Well, now I'm too scared to go, but I will be sure to watch it on the legitimate news.

P.S. We sure got a rise out of Fiona on this one. Wonder why?

I see, so by your answer, Filomena is a liar and Amanda is just plain confused and mistook a room Filomena trashed herself for being trashed by someone else, by coincidence exactly when her window had also just been smashed? Is that the essence of it?

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

That is the constant theme here the last few days.

Once again, I see no evidence.... it is looking more and more like the police arrested Amanda and Raffaele before they had any evidence against them.

How do you figure that?

Amanda wasn't arrested until during an interview she placed herself at the scene of the crime while the crime was occurring.

That's about all the evidence a Police Officer would be expected to need to arrest someone - just about anywhere in the world, I would imagine.

Let me put it this way -- they were taken in for adversarial interrogations before there was any evidence against them.

You are really difficult to talk to. It is kind of like trying to train a cat.

Amanda saw a broken window and had it in her mind that there was a break-in. She saw a messy room and made an observation.

Why won't you look at the photos and tell me what looks ransacked? Tell me where the clothes on the floor were pulled from. Tell me if the table and the night stand look cluttered or ransacked. Look for yourself.

Really? Can you prove that accusation?

Because, so far, you've continued to make this claim in the face of evidence that Amanda and Raffaele's stories didn't match what the Police were finding.

You've also been shown where Raffaele admits that he lied for Amanda and that he believes Amanda is a liar. In fact, Raffaele even blurts out that he believed Amanda had lied to him about her whereabouts that night so that she could go cheat on him. That's not exactly a rousing belief in Amanda's truthiness to be expressing in his prison diary, is it?

Once again, I see no evidence.... it is looking more and more like the police arrested Amanda and Raffaele before they had any evidence against them.

If a tree falls down in the forest in Siberia and you're not there to see it...has the tree not fallen down?

The police have all the statements...the prosecution have all the statements....all the courts have all the statements...the defence (all teams) has all the statements.

All the people that 'need' to have them, have them. The only person complaining about not having them is you, from which, by their mere absence from your hands, you are making all sorts of statements of absolute fact about them (they never changed their story...gave conflicting statements...had discrepancies...blah blah).

If you have a case, with evidence, make it. If it's just more of your opinions, go bore somebody else would you love?
