Not more missing tapes? It's Watergate all over again.
Ninja Assassins: Watergate
Coming soon to a theater near you!
Not more missing tapes? It's Watergate all over again.
We believe that the jury got it wrong. They were heavily influenced.
That is what burglars do. They find out information about future break-ins. Rudy would have possibly talked with the guys downstairs, he would have asked questions to see where people were going to be.
Bruce Fisher said:Do you honestly believe that 99.5% of the information about the case is a big secret?
Bruce: Your silence on these questions speak volumes. Here's an easier one for you. In Amanda' words to her mother : "I cannot lie, I was There". Hmmm?
Amanda was speaking about the fact that she was at Raffaele's.
You are bringing up all of the old refuted Guilter talking points. I thought we moved on from that long ago.
Shuttit said:Steffanoni testified for two days. How much of what she said do we have? The case file is 10's of thousands of pages, how many pages of the case file do we have?
Do you think they were heavily influenced by the media?
Well, here is the good news Shuttit. The Massei Report incorporates a great deal of what she said, running into many pages. Some is hard to follow (very techy) but a great deal is very illuminating and there's a huge amount there we didn't get in the press reports. So, when it's published you'll be able to read all that![]()
Over 60 recorded phone calls and the police were inable to find anything incriminating about Amanda Knox.
If she had anything to do with the murder, she surely would have said something to someone during all of those secretly recorded calls.
That's been done I believe. You know, trial, guilty verdict, unanimous...all that boring stuff.

Charlie Wilkes said:There was too much publicity. Acquitting Knox and Sollecito would have been tantamount to an admission that the criminal justice system in Perugia screwed up on this case. It's not just Mignini who would have looked bad. The police would have looked bad, and Micheli and Matteini would have looked bad. Massei works with those people. They're all part of a local system.
That link was generic for those that have never bothered to look.
It's uncertain if there was actually a change or if Amanda was just looking from a different angle. It's also possible for the pipes to hammer from quickly shutting off one valve causing the valve in the other toilet to open briefly. This is a problem in older houses that is easily corrected by installing an expansion tank. [note to guilters: I am not saying that there was any evidence that hammering was a problem in the cottage]
That is about as daft as saying only a woman would cover a body because of compassion.
Brice Fisher said:I love how you jump on one item. Everyone has gone insane because I mentioned that a burglar might wear gloves.
Rudy was a burglar. Rudy was a thief. Rudy fit the profile. We can disagree on that point for now. You will be proven wrong in the near future.
Bruce Fisher said:If Rudy cased the cottage like many burglars do, he would have known that certain people were not going to be home that night.
So where was Amanda on the night of the murder?
You need to back that up Bruce. Do you have anything beyond mere assertion? What a strange burglar with no criminal record.
How would he have known? Is he clairvoyant? Could he read minds? Was the information beamed down to him from the mother ship? How could he possibly know exactly who was going to be where and when? Is there any evidence for this 'casing out'?
Also, casing out for what? What was the prize for such an investment of time, energy and risk? Was a rare world famous priceless diamond stashed in the cottage that we don't know about? Lost Nazi gold? A missing Rembrandt?
