Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

Hey Fulcanelli,
I joined up a few days ago, who cares when I did.
I asked about something specific, since I have not found a comparison of the 2 break-ins before. I have read a bunch of different sites, and also the beginning of this thread, which was a lot nicer of a discussion when it was first started. Don't be a D**K!
Thanks, RWVBWL

Welcome to JREF. I was greeted the exact same way. I think it's like a freshman hazing.

It's coming. I am waiting as eagerly as you are. When it finally comes out, you and I can read it together.

There IS no record. This has been stated by a court. This was the primary motivation for the appeal court giving him a 6 year reduction for mitigation. This is a fact.

Ahh, so you're again found to be making assertions without evidence to back them up.

Thanks for clearing that up for us.

That's just a prediction. No assertions. You might want to retain some credibility and lighten up on the defense of Rudy. It's just a word of advice.

I'm not defending Rudy. I'm simply stating the truth: that you continue to make baseless assertions with what appears to be no compunction.

A few days ago...that long? Well, welcome old timer.

Yeah, get to know the family ;)

Fulcanelli, you are free to come by for a BBQ. I know you are in England so that might not work out for you. I have always held the belief that these conversations would go much differently in person.

People get very comfortable with the keyboard.

This one is simply a prediction. I just have a hunch. We will see how it plays out.

This is the first baseless assertation I have ever made but I am disguising it as a prediction.

Your correct, there is no official record.

Then there's no record. If a record isn't official, it doesn't exist. There's a word for 'unofficial records'...it's 'accusations'. And if that's all you've got, don't bother...we've heard them all already.

I don't care if the piles of glass on the ledge are large or not, it makes no difference the size of piles, the ledge is covered in glass and none of it was knocked to the ground below, none of it was disturbed and none of it bore his fingerprints (one of the best substances on Earth for retaining prints). Nobody went over that ledge and into the window.

The arguments to try and make it so are getting rather pathetic and no court in the world would accept them.

You wrote: "the ledge is covered in glass"

This is simply not true. A slight majority of that ledge was not covered in glass.
How do you know that the glass was not disturbed? I believe that the glass was pushed toward the room.

I think guede had gloves on when he went through the window. Any good burglar would. Took them off to assault Meredith and took them with him when he left.

Ahh, he hopped into that gap did he, the gap that was not in front of the actual window he needed to get through? He didn't need to...he, like any normal person would just swipe that glass aside so he could utilise the whole sill. But he didn't, since no glass is on the ground because neither he nor anybody else went in through that window.

He climbed up that wall wearing gloves? He undid that latch wearing gloves? Then he left bloody fingerprints wearing gloves?

And he took the gloves out with him because he went out planning to burgle? So, he targeted the cottage in advance, before he even left his house...is that what you're saying?

He might have pushed the glass into the room going through the window...but he would have pulled some of the glass to the garden as he climbed up on the ledge/attempted to unlatch the window.

Additionally, we're expected to believe that he remembered his gloves after killing Meredith, but forgot to flush?

You keep forgetting that he opened the windows. He had plenty of room.

He was a burglar. Yes he targeted the cottage.

I said he most likely wore gloves. They would not be big mittens. I am sure you could open a latch wearing leather gloves. He would have taken them off to assault Meredith.

Thanks for the welcome Fulcanelli and Bruce,
I came to here to read more about this murder, and have read a lot on PS, PMF, TJMK, InJusustice, etc. But I still do not recall reading of a comparison between the 2 break-ins, the lawyers office and the murder scene. Do you guys/gals know if there are specific similarities between the 2, since Guede had the stolen laptop, which was from a break-in on the 2nd floor, and Guede was also in the house you guys/gals have been arguing about regarding that break-in?
