Prime Ministerial Debates- Thread

Has Cameron actually answered a single question yet?

I mean, all three dance around a bit, but Cameron hasn't answered a single damn question.

Is it just me, or are they just finding stuff to argue about when they are all in broad agreement....?

They want a coperation tax cut across the board. It's being paid for by removal of tax breaks for manufactoring.

Cheers, leads on nicely to this question about manufacturing... hopefully the poin tis made again and again.

No euro from the Lib Dems either?

I'm surprised (but I'm not sure why - I guess I thought they were more pro Euro)

They are pro-euro in theory. In practice think labour's old 5 key tests.

this whole "the banks should lend more" cannard annoys me....

bad debts are the reason we're in this mess people! Let's not forget that......

Did anyone not visit a manufacturer today?

love the set...just keep expecting to see an ad for ghandi's indian restaurant come up

Not the same thing at all. Not even close.

We're in the crapper because of lending to sub prime individuals, not businesses.

Oh, and Mr Cameron? How DARE you talk about science when you support filth like David Tredinnick.

How DARE you talk about how the rate of decline has risen since the 80's? There was barely anything LEFT after the 80's, of course it fell away so fast.

So we're all agreed "technology" and"young pepole" are good things?

We're one step away from the parties dicussing who likes kittens and chocolate most.

Brown picked it up mostly in passing.

And again. He's trying to nail cameron on it.

Cameron: "Gov't should give a quarter of it's orders to small businesses....." like that would ever be put into practice
