HA!!! And we all live close enough together that I could try to get some practice in before TAM.

To be fair, as far as I know, Terry has indeed bowled in the last decade, but I think it may have been the only time in his life...

Since I had to go and break my arm, my team will have to replace me. All our TAM savings have gone to the doctor.
 
I had a ton of fun bowling last year, will be happy to bowl again this year! :)
 
OK, so since Penn and Teller apparently will be at the reception Thursday and not anything later than that, I've signed the contract for bowling from 9-11PM that night.....

Now, to find 60 or so folks who like bowling....maybe I can get a notice on the TAM7 site....

I'm signed up for Johnny Thompson. I don't think it starts until 8:00. :(
 
I suggest that all teams must have the word "Godzilla" in the team name, with a special prize awarded for the most creative name.

Some suggestions:

Godzilla on a hot tin roof.

What if they had a war and Godzilla came.

I am not very good at it but it's great fun. If you don't have enough movement in your arm/hand to do it like this video, you can roll the ball down a ramp.

If bowling doesn't clash with the Penn and Teller gig, I'll be up for it.

I once decided to roll up to the line and forgot to stop! My "perfect" bowl was disqualified.
 
Just a quick bump for anyone who hasn't see this yet.

For those who want to bowl, a question: Should I shorten the time from 9-11 PM to 9:30-11PM?

Reason the first is that there is a show on 8-9:30 and this would give folks going there the chance to join us and reason the second, I wonder if 2 hours of bowling (especially people who don't bowl much) might be a bit to much.

Right now I'll hold at 9-11, but would appreciate feedback.
