Thanks for making further excuses for lousy criminals and fraudulent "scholarship". If you hadn't ruined the credibility of the Holocaust denial industry before you certainly shot it to hell now.

What is interesting about Crowell is that he gives us a mental model of how it was possible that this gigantic hoax could develop in the first place.

The story started with accusations of child abuse and how these accusations morphed into a casy of gigantic proportions. From the hooverhog link above:

Soap from Jews, lampshades from Jew skin, matrasses from Jewish hair, gas chambers, the whole shebang.

Today, most reasonable people, if they are prompted to think about it, will agree that the stories of satanic ritual abuse in daycare centers were, in factual essence, false. But the cultural reality was very different at the time. People believed it. Smart people believed it. Therapists and investigators and DAs and teachers and parents believed every lurid particular. The McMartin trial lasted for seven years and wasted more than 15 million dollars before being dismissed for lack of evidence... It would be a full decade before this fog of belief -- this moral panic -- would give way to more rational analysis. Or perhaps it would be more accurate to say that people grew bored with the recitation of so much silly blackmass childrape BS.

In the end there turned out to be kernel of truths about the 'dark tunnels':

There was a gaschamber indeed, although used to combat lice!

It is in hindsights not difficult to reconstruct the emergence of the hoax:

- large scale deportations of Jews
- gruesome pictures in Bergen-Belsen
- desire of the victors to distract from their own crimes

Interesting development in Russia: Putin does Katyn and apologizes for the crimes Russians (read: Beria, not of Norwegian heritage) had committed in the woods near Smolensk. This is the first time a Russian leader does this kind of Willy Brand style gesture:

Q: Do you see any chances for a revisionist breakthrough?

Graf: I only see two possible scenarios:

1) A huge economic crises which will lead to the collapse of the Jewish-dominated “democratic” system of the West. If authentic Nationalists come to power in either the USA or some major European countries, the hoax will of course be doomed.

2) A confrontation between the Jewish puppet regime in Washington and Russia which will induce Moscow to deal Washington a deadly blow by publishing documents proving that the “extermination camps” belong to the realm of propaganda. I would love for 9/11 Investigator to tell us exactly how the Jews should be handled, since he feels they should be expelled from every country they are in, and his hates the idea of a Jewish Homeland. I got a feeling it resemebles another "Final Solution To The Jewish Problem".
 
Were I doing a running commentary on holocaus denial industry threads on here I'd probably comment that Argument by unrelated Wall of Text is no argument at all, that hypotheses about a faked holocaust are not arguments or evidence for a faked holocaust and that "revelations coming soonish" messages are nothing but a believers desperate attempt to reinforce his faith.
Holocaust denial scammers have been repeatedly shown as frauds. People that need to lie about their own lifes and credentials are not trustworthy.

Yeah it's amazing how our little investigator by his own admission keeps his opinions very secret.
Probably there are still a lot of people in Holland who remember the Occupation, and won't take kindly to his benign view of the Nazis.

My grandfather was hounded out of Europe to the call of, "Jews, go to Palestine!". Today, people are trying to kill me with the call of, "Jews, get out of Palestine!".

You just can't satisfy some people.

Not many people realize that it was Britain (and France) who declared war on Germany after they refused considering a reasonable Danzig solution. After Britain initiated steps to invade Norway ending the 'Phoney War', Germany was forced to occupy Holland and the rest.

Britain started 2 world wars.

I am sorry for this delayed reaction but I had too much fun seeing Munich (with Dutch trainer and star players) beating Manchester (Van Der Sar doing his duty as well :D ).

Yeah, after Hitler invaded Poland.
Danzig was just an excuse. Hitler had adding all of Poland to his Lebensraum for the Master Race from day one.

??? The documents were made available by the Russians in the late 80s. You can now buy reprints from the Auschwitz museum. They include death certificates for all the prisoners that died at Auschwitz along with death books summarizing the deaths. They show, among other things, that more Roman Catholics died at Auschwitz than Jews. See, for example ...

The holocaust hoax hasn't been much of a mystery to anyone interested in discovering the truth since Butz published 'Hoax of the Twentieth Century, the Case Against the Presumed Destruction of the European Jews' 25 years ago.

The big stash of secret documents are held by the west at Bad Arolsen, and are available only to Yad Vashem, USHMM, and their associates.
