Why do we keep talking about the hijackers “flying” the aircraft? When what they were actually doing was “aiming” the aircraft. You really don't need an ATP rating to do that.

Just copying the dialog tells me that it must have been one hell of a good time writing it.

It seem counter intuitive to me to say that the higher speed made hitting the towers harder if you have a clear view of the target from a long distance away as they had on 911.:confused:

Wow, that was superior stupidity. He works out the crosswind as a drift of 8 to 16 feet per second. No wonder the terrorists missed the exact center, their poor pilot skills never figured out the drift (or...). With a 207 foot wide target we only need one correct aim point over 12 to 6 seconds to hit the building. The terrorists overcame the feeble crosswind; good weather aided the terrorists, 911 truth apologizes for terrorists.

Pilots constantly correct their aim-point, sadly the terrorists were trained pilots and the winds were very light.

A correct aim-point zeros out the drift with constant wind and airspeed; The terrorists pushed up the throttles in the last 10 to 20 seconds making the planes increase speed which would change the aim-point when a crosswind is present; no big deal but if Flight 11 nailed the aim-point based on the current drift at 350 mph and then increased speed to 470 mph, the drift would change 1 degree, from 2 degrees. 1 degree of drift, now there is a major aiming problem with those high 5 to 11 mph super-nano-crosswinds!!!!!
