Nate Phelps, JREF Forum member and son of Westboro Baptist Church founder Fred, will be speaking at the UofC about his life growing up in the Phelps family. Wolfman has heard Nate speak and speaks very highly of him. If you know Wolfman then you know that for him to speak highly of anyone not named Wolfman is a true compliment. The event is sponsored by CFI and there is an admittance fee of 5 dollars, free to CFI members.

As an aside, anyone coming in from out of the city (I'm looking at you Eos, Badger and Northern Skeptic) or locally who would like to meet up for lunch before hand please PM me and I'll try to set something up. If you are new to the forum or haven't been to any of our local events please join us for lunch, it's on me.
 
I'm starting to do the math on a road trip from Seattle to make this happen.

And having done the math and dicovered that if I drove straight home immediately after it ended, I'd have 1.5 hours to get to work. So that's going to be a no, unfortunately.
