Ethnocentricism? Please. That's such a lame card to pull. Just your very utterance in response to that makes me think you don't even understand the meaning of the word in the first place. Your usage of it is so misplaced it's more laughable than offensive. You have a totally incoherent understanding of ethnocentricism. Are we going to start calling people communists now too every time they question anything in the case? Unless English is your second language, you really have no justification to use that term in such an asinine an incoherently placed way.
I didn't claim anyone withheld evidence or anything of the matter. It's just as possible whoever did the report left relevant things out of it, or a mistake was made, or whatever. I don't even care about this issue that much to begin with.
"At what point does the Defense have to provide all it's evidence to a 3rd party that won't be included in the trial?".
I don't even know what you're asking.
Edit: I'm not going to banter back and forth on this topic of missing DNA information since it's not going to be possible with limited online resources. In the words of Stilcho, it's a "fool's errand".
It does seem however that the prosecution might have at least once withheld evidence concerning the DNA:

In that video the Newsweek reporter said it was pretty clear evidence was withheld. Maybe they corrected it and gave over the necessary documents. I have no idea. Take if for what you will.
