Merged Has this structural engineer been debunked? / Astaneh-Asl "melting of girders"

Actually, depending on the cure rate and construction rate you might have several floors worth of bracing.

If it's anything like the floor pours I've seen the metal deck is supported by temporary braces while the concrete is poured.Once the concrete has set the braces can be removed and you can brace the next floor ready for its pour.

This is only true with long-span composite floor deck: the combined steel deck plus concrete resists bending. The deck in the towers was non-composite. The concrete did not add to the bending capacity of the floor deck.

I forgot...

I can give you a list of other items that are missing too such as the floorpans. There should be around 5,000 of these, each 1/47th of an acre in size made of 20mm steel. (almost inch-thick steel) So that's ?....let's see....5,000 x 900 square foot floorpans. Where are they ? Can you show me as many as two or three ?
Problem is, we can't be sure in most photos, but here's one:

That's the pic I use to show that not all of the concrete was turned into dust. Look at the big version; you can clearly see the metal deck to the right of the floor.

And here's another one, but it's more dubious. On the background, to the right.

The concrete rocks and rebar that surround it suggest it is.

ETA: Here's another one. It could be aluminium cladding, though. (To the right)

NOT 20mm BS, 20 GAGE

Wow do they make floor pans from the metal decking then and pour a few hundred tons of concrete into it ? Strong stuff eh ? Only half as thick as the aluminium in the fuselage of a 767. About the same as a razor blade I guess.

Are you suggesting that they don't? Really? Do you know how many engineers are on here? Why don't you go out to the nearest construction site and see if they are using any if you don't believe it?

:eye-poppi

Twisted and torn into largely unrecognizable scraps, bill. Do you really expect them to still be in large square sheets?

That would explain why some twoofers imply that GZ was flat with no columns in the pile etc. It was those pesky floor pans. I knew we missed something ..........damn can someone contact you know who to sort the you know what at the you know where? ASAP!

what the ??

I have tried to post a comment - was half way through - answering metallurgist questions - got bombed out - will try later.

So where are all these 20-gauge floorpans ? About 5,000 of them.900 square feet each. The concrete is gone for the most part but the steel floorpans are still there all over the place aren't they ..?

110 story's of 20 gage sheetmetal (.0349) = less than 4 inches. (3.949 inches)

Right. As we can tell from your wondeful posts already. Again, I call BS, but thanks for trying. Now run away.
of course you are posting in the WRONG place. Go figure.

She forgot, this was done for her before. She is in reruns now, not sure when the writer strike will be over.

Math! Sad the entire truth movement has a block on the sciences. Why can't the truth movement multiple, or do simple research.

... hide the concrete! She thinks it is gone. Can't have tons of chunks laying around at ground zero ruining her dirt dumb delusions. Hide the steel too, the dustification dolts may see it.
