Global warming is going to kill more people in the third world than those Mr. Gates saves with vaccines.
Perhaps he should consider spending his money on reducing the USA's emissions.

well Mr. Gates knows that americans can reduce their emissions themself if they actually want.

Mr. Gates is trying to help those that cant help themself.

saving emisions in the 1. world is only hindered to human stupidness and lazyness.

Are you sure? The flu kills A LOT of people.

There are many worthy causes out there. Vaccination is just one. The fact that he chose that one in particular is not sinful.

I believe that the Gates foundation has already sunk billions into a vaccination against Forum Trollitis. Unfortunately, it has not paid off to date...
