For the most part I don't eat anything that came from the water. I can do tuna (yes, from the tin) but it's weird - I can be fine with it for a year or so, and then it induces throwing up in my mouth. Either fish is extremely boring, or it is just revolting. Shellfish is the worst. Super fresh sashimi is okay once a year or so. I can handle calimari, and like conch a lot, so I'm sure there's some rare stuff out there that I would like. But for the most part the whole flavor profile is just revolting. And no, the throw up in my mouth was not my attempt to repeat a 'cute' meme, I've actually done it after taking a bite of fish. I had a really great whole baked fish at a thai restaurant once, but it was so stuffed with various veges and coated with sauces that the fish was more a neutral base for the dish than an actual flavor component.
