Troubled comedian ANDY DICK has been arrested on charges of felony sexual abuse.
The Road Trip star was detained in Huntington, West Virginia in the early hours of Saturday morning (23Jan10) and taken to the West Regional Jail.
He is due to be arraigned on two counts of felony sexual abuse later on Saturday.

More than one side to the story, it seems.

Dick was in town to perform at The Funny Bone comedy club; The local Huntington Herald-Dispatch reported that the club's owner, Tom Schaeffer, was with Dick that night and nothing happened.

“We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar,” Schaeffer told the paper.

Dick was taken to Western Regional jail and appeared before a local magistrate this afternoon. The bond is expected to be $60,000, the paper said. Schaefer told the Herald-Dispatch that he plans to pay the $6,000 to spring Dick and said tonight's show should go on as planned.

I don't know if I should feel deprived. I've never heard of this dude. But I'll wait a few minutes before I join any lynching.

The Road Trip star was due to perform at the Vancouver Comedy Festival but Canadian authorities refused to allow him into the country because of the ankle bracelet he wears as part of his punishment for pleading guilty to drug possession and battery in October (08).

According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, DICk, who is currently on three years' probation for the offences, was shocked after finding out the device tracks his location and prohibits him from leaving the country.

What did he think the bracelet was for?
