you don't go around yelling "9-11 was an inside job", if you don't know what happened. and they claim to know what happened.
 
In reality AE9/11 is going about this all wrong. They need less engineers.

Too right Bill... I am sure its just a case of these engineers believing NIST, or not being interested enough to read more than that massive report. I think we are even lucky to have the 5 licensed structural and civil engineers from New York state on the petition. And there are at least another 3 from the tri-state area. The real heroes are

It's amazing that all the other PE's in NY do not help the government out by showing up here for instance. It's just amazing that the Truth movement should have five named PE's from NY and that the government have none. Maybe we should get a state-by-state listing of what engineer is registered as supporting the government story and which ones support the science of ae911truth.org.

Dr.Griffin believes that we have far more people that we can specifically name as supporters than the government does.

PS. Maybe Richard Gage should consider sending out questionnaires to selected typres of engineer in America or in other countries asking for an opinion. This could tell a hell of a lot. What they say....whether they reply at all...whether they demand that their name be kept hidden.....This could mean massive publicity and a leap in membership.

ae911truth.org should stick exactly to engineering and only engineering in the questionaire. Nothing political at all.

The devising of the questions could be an interesting exercise for Heiwa and Tony Szamboti and other members of ae911truth.org.

If after almost a decade he hasn't thought of that all is lost, bill. All is lost. You see, even I realize that the ONLY way the truth movement is going to get ANYBODY's attention is to get the engineering and scientific community behind them. That means both making them aware of the truth movement's existence, and keeping them from laughing.

The halls of academia is where this 'revolution' should be coming from, and it is not. Either you're totally wrong, or a total failure. Or both. Who knows?

No this questionnaire can be devised in such a way that the engineers are answering strictly engineering questions and only engineering questions. Say ten or fifteen questions in all that can be applied to 9/11. With those answers a picture can be built up. And those engineer's interest can be engaged.

No engineer will feel he cannot cooperate because of the strictly friendly and professional tone of the request and indeed many engineers may welcome the opportubity to safely help ae911truth.org

If Richard Gage sets up such a scheme I will definitely contribute .

But the questionnaire can leave out the politics entirely and let the engineers off the hook and able to answer freely.

One thing I can give you is that you keep politics to a minimum. Don't get me wrong, I do think most of your theories are bat crap crazy, but at least you don't appear to be some kind of rabid ideologue.

Unfortunately, IMO you are in the abject minority as far as truthers go. This issue is ALL about politics.

As I did a few months ago I copied and pasted the licensed US architects and engineers from Gage’s petition into Word and let it do the counting for me. It contains 173 licensed US architects. One is a landscape architect, 24 are expired, inactive and/or retired thus AE911T has 148 active licensed architects. “Architects held about 141,200 jobs in 2008” thus just over 1 in 1000 belong to Gage’s group. 183 licensed US engineers on the petition however 14 are retired or expired which leaves us 169 active US engineers. “In 2008, engineers held about 1.6 million jobs.” Thus Gage has just over one in 10,000 active US engineers. This is assuming all the American As and Es who gave license numbers are legit. Counting the retirees and foreigners he has about 600 licensed A and E's.

And of the As and Es including the retirees, foreigners and unlicensed ones very few it seems bothered to read the NIST report. Only 20 or so claim to be structural engineers only 12 of whom are licensed in the US but I was only able to identify 1 based looking at AE911T bios/comments and doing Google searches who worked on tall buildings.
